It depends on how you interpret the words"possible" & "encouraged"

Negoatiations for an asset the size of FD takes months if not longer. I am motivated by the fact that we are dealing with a large oil company looking for an EOR proiect with a substantial CO2 holding they have in Wyoming.

Shares is suspension - I would love that!

This is where we are - it is up to AM to tell us whether we are ready to go this month:

· Six wells have currently been identified for recompletion in the Frontier 1 at Cole Creek offering a near term low-risk opportunity to materially increase oil production and reserves. The Company is in the process of lining up fracture services to re-complete the first of the six wells. While the Company hopes to secure all of the services required for December operations, the tight oilfield services market may cause field operations to be initiated in January.

· Due diligence and discussions continue with respect to a possible Joint Venture on the Company's deep oil discovery by a large oil company which approached COPL's COPL America Inc affiliate. The Company will provide an update at the appropriate time. The Company is encouraged by the progress to date.

shaa - as i understand it, our prospective partner wants in on Frontier 1 recompletions. Perhaps they want to see how that pans out before committing on FD. Who knows?

You can ask yourself, why no RBL yet, when it was a top priority. Making decisions like this take time, yet the discovery was made over a year ago. There appears to be a shroud of secrecy.

ExxonMobil currently sells much of the CO2 for EOR use by other operators, with excess vented into the atmosphere under a permit approved by the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality.

The project with ExxonMobil is the first time BLM has issued a permit to allow for permanent underground storage of CO2.

Given that the Frontier 1 re-completions are potentially a quick & easy source of additional income, and given that drilling is/was to commence this month, and given that our prospective partner wanted in with that project, isn't it likely that there will be imminent news of both the drilling plan & JV before Xmas?

Absolue tosh Richie - a takeover by Exxon would be stratospheric for investors, & many times the current SP.

I will refer you back to two pieces of info received recenlty:
*What is driving our prospective partner is a long term EOR project utilising a substantial CO2 resource the hold in Wyoming.
* Our pitch to our prospective JV partner is to recomplete these Wells for Frontier 1 production, with the first in December

You either believe AM is telling the truth or you don't - it makes NO difference to me!
