We still have this "Large Oil Company" that approached us months ago - they want FD, & that overrides any short term cash issues the company has. AM has strongly hinted that JV agreement is imminent.

I might be wrong, however my money is firmly on the table!

It is patently obvious that the market was spooked by COPL's requirement to announce their financial difficulties due to bad weather. Everything in that announcement is trumped by this statement:

"In addition to securing financing from debt and equity capital markets, the Company confirms that it is actively negotiating terms for a joint venture for the long-term development of its Wyoming assets. The Company plans to announce the detailed terms as soon as they are agreed."

A JV may become a buy-out if AM does not have the energy or motivation to move this monster forward.

I am no more informed here than anyone else! I can only think that AM was essentially forced to make a financial statement due to FCA rules.

You just cannt accuse anyone of being a crook without evidence. I hope that you don't get your backside sued!
