Great read.
In this, he has an estimate.
Since then you need to add in the bonus of gas.
Following that, where we are now and with the financing how it is.
Further to that (!) when you see an investment company buying the bond payment at the current share price, you know they think they will make money.
This leaves us with the question- Will this happen? Meaning, will oil happen or not.
The new exec was bought in with experience to bring us to market, having initially drilled the well. They could have waited for the results but they didnt, so this says to me that Pantheon, who have the best knowledge of themselves say yes.
With that in mind and even the worst valuation of 2bn barrels, and looking at what was said in the AGM nearer the end regarding buyout, comparing to another company that Exon Bought... we are currently (at around 70p) under a third of the share price. If the share price was under £2, something would physically have changed.
I felt that the indicators were all there when the dilution happened at 17p, and of course some people dounted when we hit the high 14p area shortly afterwards. This feels very similar, wheere you have to ask the question, is the next phase going ahead. At the time of writing, just below 67p, the overall momentum from the beginning of the year seems to make sense.
So my completely individual target price is 210p. Please do correct me on any of this, but looking at that old link, listening to the agm, knowing that by 2028 the demand for oil wont slow but it will be yet harder to get out of the ground, my target price is pretty safe.
