If that was EME's share, it would only just cover EME's current debt (if that is 14million right now? Is it?).

EME's share isnt as large as Conrad's. So if it were given it's fair share of upfront cash, it would still be in serious debt.

If it hung onto the deal it had, the debt would be slowly paid off, bringing the possibility of not being in debt in a few years time.

So time is the problem, EME has to defend itself with no money for long time and 'win'.

Historically, it dilutes itself.

JG conclusion- immediate dilution or death in the spider's web it has been in since 2023/24.

Also the amount of money going on for 15% does not equal the debt of EME (by a long way) and EME holds 8.5% not 15%.

Is that incorrect? The speculation is that EME part of this deal is worth more than 25 million.

Essentially he was, also he suggested it would be in stages, not a buyout. He suggested they are not in control and effectively he was saying "look out", he was right to be cautious. People were battering him but if you look at his comments, the batterers are not having the share price in their favour.

For whatever reason, the news doesnt match the share price.

In that RNS, we know it is too early to know the flow rate but we also know we have gas coming through, which is the start of one of the two things we need.

I was fearfully expecting a response like this, however still hard to accept it.

Great news that gas is coming out of the well which needs to have gas coming out of it.

... while you cant trade in Conrad, pending an announcement that would transfrom the EME share price with a deal going through worth 10x the market cap.. its like a gateway to the interests of Conrad.

It has been there from at least 1st September.

If you go through my post history you can see me mentioning it on 1st September.

In the last week people have spotted the same light which changes as it does now. We would need an actual picture or Sat. image to help.

Alkaid 1 flowed 90 percent water to start with. I wonder how much hydrocarbons you would need to flare?

Following from this, it could be weeks into flow testing before we get good oil flow, possibly month(s) to get the required steady flow.

If you start with 90 percent water, there wont be a great jump, possibly a muted response with lots of feedback on here both positive and negative, where the real action will be down the line in December, then when looking at the dot on the horizon or the sat.,you might actually see some real action.

Re- Lights.

I just want to mention that the light to the right of the main left hand light(!) that this was there brighter and darker FROM 1st September.

I have watched this everyday for months. I check in the morning, later on in the day as well.

I posted about it and how to search for it, so although part of what you see MAY be a flare, it has looked better in early September.

I posted here on 1st September about the light, assuming somebody would notice my trousers (flare) remark and again later on.

A good way to scroll through the cam is to monitor if you can see cars on the Dalton highway, quite often the visability is not that good.

So if you read this in time today. On camera loop, having selected (S) on Deadhorse cam South FAA weather cams, see 6.06, care are going past the light which we think is the site. 6.14 shows the light still there, you can see the difference between this and the cars. 6.23 is duller, 6.31 has lit up the mist, 7.14 we see cars but no light. Just to reiterate- that is what started happening from September the 1st, there is no difference between today, scotts post on X and 1st September. So could well be operational lights.

17.25 The UT talked about shows up on the London stock exchange as an enormous sell of 2.7 million.

If you serch london stock exchange panr, then click on 1 day as the range and turn on indicators volume you can see this as a sell, not as Stas has suggested being a positve thing.

Despite this enormous sell which dwarfed any other trade by at least 8 times (the next biggest trade also being a sell) it does look like the turn around was today. I dont think it will take long to pick up.

Yes, not possible to see the light from the airport, but the clear weather has enabled seeing the light which I think is the site. The light does fluctuate but could be just the conditions in the area.

(Search Deadhorse Cam South)

Off topic but on the Deadhorse South cam Faa wethercams (which points at the Dalton Highway towards the Pantheon site) just now the 7.13 picture has the Northern lights showing across the sky. That will still be there for the next 5 hours if you click back through the cam.

I could be wrong but I think Pantheon is just to the top right of the light 3/4 of the way across the runway. 2 big lights, the left hand one has that extra dot which is quite independent of the runway light and the cars which you see travelling right to left (we dont see the headlights going away from us).

17.24, the reason was a massive sale went through. If you go to London Stock exchange and bring up the stock as 1 week and turn on volume, you see a massive red line.

Looks like it is happening before Christmas, what a time to buy in.

I should work for them really, when they opened this up I pointed out they are usually wrong.

Historically with this share, the bottom is found after issuing more shares or when Qube open a short.

Who could possibly predict that people will buy in with the hope of an enormous jump up on good news?

We will go up to meet the news, then there will either be a jump up or a jump down. In this case, there may be 2 moves, one for an initial announcement which will include water, then another as we get a better idea from the longer term flow.

Looking back at the appointments and the need to prove gas flow AND moving towards being an oil producer, we are headed in the right direction.
