Look at it this way.12 Dec 2025 09:53
If you take into consideration that the largest shareholders here have been here for years waiting for the company, Solgold, to move this forward and give them a return on their investment. Years.
The reason I believe they are all supporting JCC is probably because they have been offered a chance somewhere down the road to recoup the money in other deals
They probably will all have made deals with the Chinese that will ultimately benefit them a lot more than hanging around here waiting forever.
They are simply agreeing to a change of ownership to a company who can afford to develop this asset from one who has spent years fannying about.
They have all run out of patience,.
Unfortunately the PI's are paying the price of the bigger boys dividing up the spoils.
Our only hope is a bigger player, possibly a country other than China puts a higher bid on the table, the reason I don't think that will happen is because Dan has had meetings with most of the likely suitors and then recommends a 28p offer. Why ?
Because they weren't interested and he wants his cash the options he gave himself as one of the very first things he did when he took the job.
For someone who's only been in Solgold for five minutes it's a great result, Not so the LTH.
That's the problem when you let your company be run by a money man, same thing happened at I3E.
There was always the potential for what's just happened to happen..
I'm disappointed but not at all surprised.
