RE: Respect on this BB22 Feb 2025 12:58
Afternoon all (folks). I read every post on this board from everyone that I don’t filter. I put up with off topic nonsense and the occasional amusing post. I am looking for the occasional nugget of information, link to an interview and now the very interesting use of AI in analysis.
I have a very large investment in Ggp and it’s clearly an investment in time that makes sense for me to do. It’s a shame that there are others who don’t share my diligence and drift in and out with inane questions and suggestions that are just pointless. God knows how Shaun puts up with it all. But that’s the market. I assume it’s because they can’t be bothered to do any analysis on the gold market, Ggp, mining in Australia, macro economics and politics etc etc.
I suffer Andrew Maguire abusing the English language every week as I am looking for his occasional nuggets too. Great fan of Rob Kientz, Andy Schectman and Alisdair McLeod, and sometimes Craig Hemke and Eric Sprott. I subscribe to McLeod on Substack. I have learned to like MoM, and respect hedgeye. I have made some good friends on here and elsewhere and value their input where they bring great insight to geology, mining, the physical gold market, technical analysis, hedge fund participation, fund flows and anything else that I think adds value to my knowledge.
So I find it exasperating when posters post something that has been discussed to death and put to bed once and for all bring up something either because they have evil intent or because they can’t be bothered to do the minimal research. Obviously they will get binned after a few of these as they bring nothing to my knowledge base. But occasionally they get a slap. So, sorry Doozer that you got one yesterday but now you know why.
