So at the end of the day vog have raised another £13.57m and issued another 105m shares approx another 60% - 70% of new shares.
Am i not correct in saying there was a number of posters that kept saying vog can only issue a max of 25% more shares it's in the rules, well this goes to show again that vog can do what they like.
It also now means there will be a 22% holder of vog who will probably be able to do what they like very soon but at least KF will be gone with enough royalties to retire on.
NO up-date on any insurance claims etc.

Good grief , I go away for a few weeks and blow me down there is another placing. A placing I thought would be between 10p -15p and you could say spot on, and something many were saying it was never going to happen.
I must admit there was a big sting in the tail that it looks like they could only get this away after K.Foo was forced / agreed to retire after the years of bad moves.
So where does this go now?

This sector is just a sea of predators, first we have blix which is gobbled up by yume then we have yume / rthm now gobbled up by yet another company.
All the time the pi’s get slaughtered and overall the sp / consolidated company doesn’t really get anywhere, is anyone making any profits . it’s just money making for the accountants and solicitors involved.

So JD have about 18m shares within about a week, they need what another 12m or so to get to the 29% mark.
There must be a good few pi's that are happy to sell between 55p - 75p but I guess the main share holders would not be happy to sell any unless they get £1.50+, looks like it's going to be interesting.Why sell at these prices.

So things to now start to become interesting, I wonder what JD think another 10% of foot is worth 75p or carry on paying up to £1.
Sure someone will sell large amounts for the right price, I would be happy for £1 now so JD must think they could be worth at least £1.50 in 6 months.

Wow 18% already, they must be out there approaching other holders offering a good price for them to sell.
JD look determing to get their 29+% asap.
If they are not looking to take foot over they must be hoping for some big divi's in the years to come.

It's a fair point that many of pfd products are many many years old and could do with up-dating as well as some new products to cover product area gaps where we could gain business and profit.
But we also have to remember that although many of these products are old they still generate some £800+m turnover and a profit, unfortunately we are still trying to pay down the large debt that the company built up many years ago trying to expand to quick. If we could just get that debt down and bring in some new management we would have a great profit business.
That's why it's a shame we could sell the ambrosia side, but something else might soon happen.

So looks like Zion spc bought on 2 /10/ 2018 when the sp was about 34p.
I guess there not that happy with current sp down about 60%. I thought these investment houses were ment to be making money.

I guess they bought these so they don't have to pay any taxes on all the profits / divi's they are going to make, that's why they are in George Town, Cayman Islands.
Also it's only in GB where you have to declare your holdings % , so they can buy another 25% in the next placing and still do not have to declare.

For all the time I have been watching this about 1 year now I don't think I have ever seen this so dead in terms of shares being bought or posts on the board.
Just looks like many have totally given up or have no trust in the bod's. although I am still thinking of buying in here when it looks safer to do so I now wouldn't be surprised to see the sp at 10p the way we are going.
What does the bod's have to do next to get this moving.?

At last, this has been under valued for about 1 year now as many of us bought in here at above 90p because we know this is worth a lot more .
Based on all the new shops being opened and good turnover to come this year there is no reason this shouldn't go back to £1.50 ish.
JD knows this is worth a lot more and although they say they could / will buy up to aboput 29% at the moment we all know that foot is a competitor to JD and they will want to take them out asap. maybe at £1.75 in the end.

It's fair to say that everyone knows TCG have about £1.5b in debt and need to make changes, They have decided to move more towards owning hotels where they will make much more profit, to this end they have borrowed another £51m and plan to have 20 hotels open by the summer.
They need to use planes to get their customers to the resorts / hotels but why have all the overheads of the 108 plans / services / overheads/ and replacement costs when they can sell the lot for what £500m - £1b.
That gives them cash to pay off debt, it gives them cash to invest in more hotels and they then only have to pay for seats on plans.
Many companies decide to change the future directions which might seem daft now but might make plenty of sense and more money in the years to come.
Clearly the current / old system is not working so let's change it while there are companies ready and willing to take the planes off our hands at the right price.

Financing activities
Jan - June total rev was = $6.0m
After Overheads / Royalties = $3.3m loss
Cash in the bank was $3.2m Total Borrowing was $21.8m
Total Debt was $18.6m
$3.1 million was paid in interest and capital repayments (H1 17: $4.9 million). $22.2 million was drawn down against the BGFIBank facility during the prior period. The Group does not have any further available credit facilities.
Now we all know the new eneo contract started end Dec So we can assume that the last 6 months of 2018
Sales will be about the same so for the year 2018 we could be looking at maybe total rev of $12m with a loss of $6m. Interest payments of another $3m taking out the bank balance completely .
2019 could now be different / better If ?

In the Trading update they said this . We continue to generate cash, with net debt as at 5 January of £286m, within the context of our total committed debt facilities of £520m.
So if they had the extra facilities up £520, why didn't they just borrow the extra £40m from that ?
Why take out another loan and where and from hoom has it come from?

Says $2m net, but it doen not say $2m net to vog, I still think this is before the split.
Why not send an email to K.Foo and ask. If it comes back $2m net to vog after the split I will give you the point.

Wow, Foo has said a possible $24m now your saying $45m. I think you are just making it up because you are getting stressed.
All I can say is wouldn't that be great, but I bet there are not many on here or in vog that have your faith. But this company needs posters like you to keep the sp up as high as it is.

Current gas and condensate production levels provide estimated monthly net revenue of approximately $2.0m at 12 mmscfd.
It does not say after the split net income to vog 57% / 43%.but like all vog's rns 's they are never 100% clear.
