from Debs again, this has been the biggest problem with the Debs bod's over the last 1 year.
They keep everything to them selves and just do not inform the market / shareholders what's going on. It's got to change.

So far double the buys to sells. Maybe the city think Debs have pulled it off.

I think the possible bid of 5p was meant to stop Debs getting the loan agreement sorted and as such Debs would have gone into admin where MA was going to pick it up cheap. So what's plan b?

I think MA has missed to chance to get a 5p bid away, now that the bondholders / banks have agreed to change the loan terms the BOD's can just sit back and let MA sweat. If he still wants to win Debs I think he will now need something like 15p -20p to stand a chance. But will he now back off.????

I think that's the second time he has bought 100,000 and then sold them again, do you think he is just testing any responce of his buys and to make everyone aware that he is there waiting to strike.

If the bod's come out later today and say, all new extended loans agreed and off-set by value of the Danish business and NO equity swap, this share could go up to 40p - 60p again.
After all when you read the details of the extention it's for the 2021 ish loan end to be extended, so why should this go bust.

So why would this delist, they must first tell us what's been agreed and there must be some sort of vote.
I don't think the bod's can just give the company away to the banks / lenders without the shareholders getting involved.
Also just look at all the holdings rns's , very few are selling Why. They must know more than us.

That's the way I see things, nowhere has it said in the rns that they are doing a debt for equity swap otherwise they would have to get shareholders approval. It could be that once we get this extra money Debs will be safe and going forward. As you say all the rents must have been paid now so is the extra money just for forward spending.
But we still need another RNS high-lighting what happens next are where the BOD's now see Debs.

Maybe the bod's realy want SD to make a bid of 10p-15p and the company can carry on, and they are just trying to push SD up against the wall for a higher bid.

As far as I see it the BOD's did say one of the options had no value but they didn't / haven't yet said what the other options are and what has been agreed by the lenders, It must be impossible for the BOD's to accept i of these options without first telling the shareholders what's involved and have to time to vote on it. And just because the deadline is today it doesn't mean it will take affect tomorrow, it could be in 2 weeks time.
We must first get another RNS telling us what's next.

But there will not be any admin, if Debs does the deal with it's lenders like they say they have surely they will need to put the info out in an RNS and the shareholders will need to vote for it.
So as there will be NO admin MA will not be able to buy anything from anyone. He must now make a bid.

But no one knows the terms of this new lending deal is yet and the shareholders will need to vote on it.

So now there will be NO admin, and is it now NO debt for quity swap.
So Debs should be safe , if / until any bid comes in from MA.

OK so they have the agreement for more money, but surely now the bod's need to tell all shareholders what that means and what the extra money will mean to all shareholders. Then if it's Equity swap there will need to be a vote from shareholders to agree it which will be what 1-2 weeks.
Then that will give MA time to make a ferm offer. Yes / No

Under the takeover rules or potential takeovers companies / shareholders are just laying out their positions.

Si if SD get their hands on this business do you think MA wants to keep Debs as a single listed company with it's own sp.

I expect the current bod's have been meeting overnight and have already agreed between themselves just what they will accept fro SD They could have already gone back to SD and said , No come on we will approve 8p- 10p to the shareholders and SD could already be in talks about the final bid. Things can move very fast if there is a will to do so.
