I have just been looking at the holdings for fosun, and so far this year they have been buying more stock and pushing their holdings up more.
On Jan 3rd they held 14%
28th Jan they held 15%
13th Feb they held 16%
27th Feb they held 17%
With the sp down at this very low price you would think they would be buying more stock, let’s see what happens over the next few weeks.

The new boss took over a few weeks ago and I think he has been going through all Tcg 's accounts and the way they have been doing things, and they could be different from what he has deem used to in his past companies.
So maybe he wants everything to be out in the open and above reproach from the city.
This rns has come to light from February,s review so it should only be about making some changes in the way they record debt etc. Let,s hope that's all.

I think this has been brought to light from the Feb business review and shows the new management are wanting to be open as to what has just come to light, and are taking action to sort it. I think the market will like the fact they the new boss of TCG has his finger on the problem / trouble and is being open with the city / market.

What ai would like to know is, where does all this money go.
I know that over the last few years when we have been going on holidays, the prices have been going up and up by hundreds of pounds each year and the planes are full. Price of oil / fuel has come down yet many of these companies say they are making no / little profits. something has to change.

So we could here good news about the sale of some of these planes at any time, I guess now is the time to buy in before that news comes out when the sp could go straight up to 50p +

Future now looks much brighter with their new Boss who seems to know what is is doing.
TCG are moving away from having their own airlines and have put the airline business up for sale, and the press seem to be saying that there is already some interest in the planes, and if they do sell them they will be better off by some £1b to off-set their debts.
Then I assume they will just buy the flight tickets and try to send the holiday makers to as many of their own hotels as they can,that way they will be getting the majority of all the profits. TCG have already bought a number of hotels and have said they will have about 20 of them open by the summer.
So with luck and it all goes well TCG could be a different company in 1-2 years and making much more profit with the sp back up to 80p- £1.50, so that's why they are a good bet now. but who really knows.

I still don't understand why this needs to go into any pre pack.
If the extra loans have been secured against the danish business why does that lead to pre pack, if Debs cannot pay back loan they take the Danish business.

I cannot see them going striaght into pre-pack when 1 major shareholder with 30% doesn't agree with it. Surely they are under some sort of agreement to discuss all the options today before making any move.

All very well but this SD rns is 2 days old so WHERE is Debs reply ?

So the BOD 's must reply within the mnext 24 / 48hrs but I guess this offer from SD will again be rejected by the board even if it's a great idea, but what seems to be any great ideas from MA will be rejected because the bod's just cannot agree to MA being in charge and them losing their jobs.
So why doesn't MA make a takeover deal that lets him just be on the back step for a while and not in charge while the deal goes through. Once he has control of Debs he can make changes to get the current bod's out of their positions a little later down the road.

Yes he can and he did it in 2018 /19 tax year for SD. so he cannot do it again.
He must be holding for other reasons, also last week there were something like 175m buys and many of those have NOT yet sold and I don't expect them to sell today, so why are they still holding.
No this hasn't finished yet.

Come on everyone knew this was going through, the only question now is when will the next consolidation take place. there is now some 250m shares out there trading at about 12p so when do they consolidate x 10 to £1.20 then the sp will drop again to about 80p.

So Debs has agreed the new loan / loans and we have been told that 1 of the options could be a wipe out of the current shareholders value, but until we get a full rns about the full terms none of us know what's going on or how it will affect us.
Surely they will put out an rns and we will have time to decide before the bod's take the action needed.
It could be an agreed placing plus a rights issue at say 2p which will dilute everyone's interest but then Debs future will be ok and the shares could start to go up.

Is part of the new plan, but everyone knows the current BOD's should have done a rights issue a year ago when they knew they were going to run dry.
This BOD's needs to go they have been sitting on their bums and not doing much for god knows how long.

Did you also notice that this letter was dated 30th / Saturday so we are already 2 days behind what's going on.

Why would the current bod's care about SD now , as far as they are concerned they have a deal that keeps their jobs and safe guards debs business. It's all up to SD now to make something else happen.

The last few days looks like just a great big gamble on SD taking over and that's it. What was the buy volume on Friday something like 174m well if most of that was not the current shareholders and mainly new money from gamblers there will be lots of empty pockets if this deal by SD doesn't go through. Let alone the loss by the current shareholders.

It's just another email / letter to Debs from SD , surely if he wanted to bid he would have done it by now after all he only has until the 5th Ap to bid 10p and win, but it doesn't look like he will.
So if Debs gets their new deal away with as they say the shareholders can take part, does that mean a new placing and open offer of say 2-3 bn new shares then a consolidation like some other companies have done.?

You must admit that the current BOD's have played a blinder here, they have said all along that MA should come out and make a bid, infact I think they want him to do so.
But because he hasn't yet they have now boxed MA into a corner, So he iether loses his current 30% stake or he makes a full bid. I think 5p will just be rejected and it will need to be 15p ish and then it would get through.
Mind you the BOD 's keep saying the current shareholders will lose evrything that could be a red herring and maybe the loan will be against the Danish business. Anyway MA must put some sort of bid in within the next few days.
