Yes something not quite right here, the sp normally drops by the size of the divi on ex divi day which was I bekieve mid april, but this has continued to drop I wonder why.
But I do believe it's short term and the sp will go back up to £1.40- £1.60 soon. I hope.

So still only a few small die hard shorters' / spread beters still trying their best to hold this down.

Yes I have been following these for months and bought in at 112 and a bit, but these should be well up in the £1.40-£1.50's now. It wasn't long ago when there was even talk of a takeover, what's happend to that.
I used to hold these many years ago when I think they were called carlton, and made some money out of them,
but the future looks good here now and we just need to sp to respond as it should.

Couldn't wait for £1.10 so got in at £1.11 and a bit, but a good price.

At this moment in time it's all fiction and I believe it's now coming from a shorter / de-rampers who has closed his shorts today and bought in long.

Bids are already in they had to be in by the 7th May, they are now considering them and sorting out the small details about who they go with and at what price etc. We should here soon

I wouldn't say cheap I would say over sold and now a good time to buy.

It's a shame but it looks like british steel is facing admin because it cannot get an extra loan of £75m, where as tcg has just signed another loan for £300m.
Now that shows you how safe tcg is inrelation to some other companies.

I think if was a company like tcg I would also fire all those that were rubbish at their jobs and save on overheads,
now that would the company much more profitable.

I think Fosun would love to bid now for a full takeover but cannot until tcg sell the airlines, the trouble is a soon as tcg announce a sale then the sp will rocket and Fosun will have to pay big time.
That why there are so many question about citi group's tie up.

for the shorter's is a rights issue, you guys just don't know what to do next with your shorts. I think desperation is setting in now and you cannot get out without losing big time.

So vog is again below the last rights issue which you said would never happen !! what will the next rights isuue price be when they run out of their current money 5p-10p if your lucky.
