So Deutsche Bank AG have bought more and increased it's holding

For online estate agents, that's what an article in the mail is saying.
Are the walls crashing down for these on line estate agents ? could we now see a return of good old high street agents as they fight back.

Is good news, the longer this goes without news means they have NOT rejected any bids and as such must be working on an agreed bid price and the small print.
We have seen with other company bids that when a bid is no where near what a comapny is looking for it's rejected out of hand and then in an rns, and we haven't had that yet , so all looking good for now.

I guess many will wait until this gets to say 20p before they pile in , just to make sure it's safe first but then it should go up fast.

So what does this mean in layman terms.
Thomas Cook Group confirms that it has received a highly preliminary and unsolicited indicative offer from Triton Partners for its Northern Europe business,
Does that mean it was out of the blue and against other bids already in ? or a cheap price ,? or a good price?
some many questions.

Some / many are saying brexit has everything to do with EU, but hang on tcg is world wide travel company now with new business partners in Russa and in China as well as many countries outside the EU .
And as a country we have already said we are NOT turning our backs on the EU we just want our own control and still want to trade as much as before , so they will do fine regardless as they change their business model and go more for hotels and just buying plane seats like some other big holiday companies.

(so the bar needed to be set higher like similar constitutional votes are in some other countries.)
Why ? when D cameron said if the remainers win by 1 vote we remain, but it seems different when the vote leave by a 1.7m votes. Leave means leave. It was only the remainers that said we need to leave with a deal. tosh let's just go and be done with it.

Yes I think some of these companies wanting to bid or have bid may come unstuck. Reports say Fosun is still interested in buying tcg but unless some show their hands quick some / many parts of tcg could be bought by other companies before or while companies like Fosun are still trying to decide what to do and lose the prize.
This week might see some movement but still think tcg will want to keep most of the summer business / profits for say 3 months to Sept while they sort out all the small print and staff consultations / due diligence which normally takes about 3 months.

So why have all these remainers still going on about it and bringing that same old chesnut Race into the equation, that has nothing to do with it.
So if we end up with another election and Labour win by say 5 seats, why should the tory party say we don't like the result and stay in power. The latest EU vote has ended up with a majority of Brexit winning seats which is just the way things will end up with another peoples vote. just get over it.

As with any business sale / purchase doesn't it normally take about 12 weeks for due diligence and staff consaltations etc, which would could take things up to about end August so by then tcg would have gained all / most of the main summer business and profits, if they plan it well.

Yes just look at them, A loss after tax of $8.5m, Debt of $17.4m.
OK they raised net £13.5m but they haven't been paid by eneo yet so are probably still not covering their running costs so that new money is / must be going down fast.
Where do they go from here apart from down .

You seem to have this fixation of D4E in most of your posts, the bod's have already said there are NO plans to raise any more money they don't need to. As for current debt, they are selling some / all of the airline business and in the great position of have many bids, some they will like some they will not but they will do deals with whoever give the best results for the shareholders.
Once some of that has paid down the debt they will still have another banking loan on stand by should they need it. So why don't you just give up this silly idea that tcg is going bust or staying afloat with the shareholders losing out.

I wonder if we are going to find out where all that Aggregate of Standard Life Aberdeen plc holding has gone to.
Is it to Fosun in which case we could get another rns saying they are up to 29%, then sparks will start to fly as well as the sp.

I guess at this stage we don't know what some of the airline businesses are worth, but the german side Condor could be worth say £400m- £600m, then the Nordic bit another £300m - £400m and that's without the other bits.
So tcg could up up selling some parts and have enough cash to pay off most of the debt and still have some very good asets left to play with. these could be back up to 45p -60p before we know it.

For airlines and possible for the company are in, so if Branson did offer any bids it would be for the long haul airlines and not the company so stop coming up with silly ideas about 1p for anything, and what ever his bids were if they are out of line with others it will just get dropped. tcg clearly have a choice of many bids and it might take a little time to sort out the best deal for all shareholders.

So multiple bids for parts and all of the airline business, so does this mean we will get more money for the parts or for it all.
Could find out in a few days or weeks, it depends on whether it's an offer they can't refuse i guess.

What a great position to be in, multiple bids for parts and total airline business, I guess it's it will take a little time to decide the best offers and out come for shareholders. At least this means there will be NO fire sale of assets, just great prices to pay down debt.

So that could be the sale of the Nordic airline business and the German airling business done with luck, could only be a question of time before we get an rns. sp should go up well then maybe 25p - 45p.
