Thank-you for your e-mail.You are one of a number of shareholders – both individual and institutional shareholders – who have reached out to me expressing concerns about the state of the share price.Countrywide continues to trade in a very difficult housing market, with the continued political uncertainty affecting both consumer confidence and our commercial transaction business. To that end there is no new news and we continue to implement the cost actions referred to below. The cause of the recent downward pressure on the share price we cannot attribute to any particular reason but as a Board we do continue to monitor the position and to liaise with our advisors Best regardsHimanshu Good afternoon all in the office.I have been a shareholder for a while now and getting very worried about the state of the share price at what about 4p, has something happened within the company or is the city in more knowledge than many of us shareholders about the state of the company, to effect the share price so much. Has the position of the company changed to your last statement in the trading up-date below. The series of self-help measures that we have put in place to re-align the cost base to the lower level of market activity continue to be implemented and we expect the benefits of these actions to come through during the second half. As a result, for the full year, the Group expects adjusted EBITDA(1) to be broadly in line with the Board's expectations. I would be grateful for any in-site / info you might have to help calm my concerns. Kind regards
