Now, once the D4E gets announced and I would assume Fosun and Banks are doing their best to get this sorted asap before anyone else can stop it the sp will be back to 1p -2p if you are lucky.

The trouble is many including myself all sold out at anything down to 4.5p expecting like we all did that 1p -2p was on the cards.
Now many again including my self don't want to buy back in in fear of it all going tits up and losing what we do have left. I guess now is the time for anyone that has big **** to gamble or just sit it out , but I am glad for all those that stood their ground and held and have made back a big chunck of their loses so far, weel done.

We all know that even if this guy keeps buying and builds a 30% holding he will not have any control over the bod's, just look what happened to MA.
The only way this guy is going to get anywhere is if he now puts in a formal bid of say 20p -25p for the total of tcg and then that will stop the behind the closed doors deals.
MA left it oo late to make a formal bid and he lost out, so the time is NOW for this guy to make that bid, otherwise he could end up the same way as MA and losing the lot.

Now you seem to be concentrated on star people leaving, I was a salesman for 35 years and I thought I was good , but we all know that there are always better people out there doing a better job.
So people leave jobs and you employ better ones, and a little time down the road you say do you know what I am glad they left because we are now doing better than before.
cwd are standing still they have taken on another 350 people so I read, well maybe many / so of those will turn out to be better than many that left. It's life.

Value of brands, I wouldn't have a clue and it doesn't matter really and I don't care it's what someone is willing to pay. I just think that with a turn round plan starting to work the sp should be worth 20p -30p within a year.

So the bonds are worth what? and the shares are worth 7p. but these are 1p shares trading at 7p and must be worth what someone is paying. Also a number of posters are saying it could be suspended at any time ,but if there is a deal to be put to the shareholders to vote on surely that will have to come out first in an rns before they can suspend the shares won't it and by that time anotherRussian holder could have amassed 10 %- 15% to block it all.

Here we go again, I know you say your not invested or involved in cwd but every thing someone makes a positive note on here it's always yourself that comes back with more negative points to kill off cwd.
You just seem to give the impression that you must find anything at all to combat the positiveness by any investor. If you don't have anything positive to say just don't post many will be grateful for that.

If someone is prepared to spend big money now buying up millions of shares at this stage of the game, it must mean they can read a different outcome to the business.
Does that mean that the bod's have given a much worse case forecast of the business so that the sp drops and Fosun can by up cheap.
Otherwise why would anyone throw good money away when we are all expecting the sp to be 1p ish.

I think that if cwd were going to go bust they would have done so by now, The banks are clearly behind the bod's plan to turn the business around and if as the bod's say the second half comes in on plan we should be out of the woods.

So the chairman and founder of Anex Group, a travel operator big in Russia, wants just what Fosun whats and that is to get his hands on tcg for a long term business. Doesn't tcg already have a partnership business in Russia, and now this guy has bought 7% from scratch, come on something is going on. I am not pushing these share as I have like many already sold out here but it's not over until the fat lady does her bit , or maybe a fat russian guy.

There is a plan here that we don't know about.and there is always a little twist to these things that none of us expect to happen., even all those that think they know it all.
