In reply to your question as to whether Mr. Day will be buying shares in Premier Foods, the disclosure of such information would constitute inside information as defined by the listing authorities. If and when Mr. Day chooses to purchase some shares in the Company, then we are obliged to disclose such information without delay. As with other current and previous Non-Executive Directors, Mr. Day's remuneration package is limited to fixed fees and does not include any share-based schemes.
So it looks like NO free shares for CD, but will he buy some him self???

because many first time buyers just cannot get on the ladder , if prices were lower then people move up to another property and so on creating chains.
If the prices get too high like they are now in london everything come to a stop, no one moves and estate agents get no income.
Come on I thought you were the know all knowledge.
Property in general has been stable for about the last 10 years you know that it was in the last big report which you high-lighted. It's no good just keep going on about how much the old directors of cwd have spent / wasted in the past. That's the past and gone let's just try to look forward and positive about what comes next.

That the last time any director or directors showed any support and bought pfd shares was Aug 2017. Why ????????????????
No wonder the city and other shareholders have very little faith in this stock.

Well about time, if the prices do fall then many more people will be able to afford to buy the houses and transactions will go up.
Now that will be a benefit for estate agents in general and their share prices.

Yes I have been watching these for a while now, I think they are over sold and with int coming up we could be looking at 60p+ soon.

Was showing last week on the meggitt page that he did hold some some of their shares while he was at Meggitt in 2017 but they do not show up now.
He was there at a lower position and held shares so let's hope he buys shares in pfd now that he has a higher position as it would show faith and make him work harder to boost the company and benefit everyone with shares.

I have already emailed IR and asked if CD is/ will be buying shares with his own money and NOT getting free shares on the gravy train like many others. Be interesting to see if they even come back to me.
Confidence in pfd must be extremely low with all shareholders and those in the city. Things must start to change for the better asap.

Will also be interesting to see if any brokers give out any new price targets based on CD 's plans and past experience.

It will be interesting to see what new plans Colin Day has and what they are and if he already has support from other major shareholders.
He must have put forward his short / long term plans when he was interviewd for the job, and he must think there is a good long term prospect to drive pfd 's sp back up asap.

Correct, Premier Foods ("the Company") today announces that Keith Hamill, has informed the Board of his decision to retire as Chairman at the time of the Company's AGM, scheduled to be held on 17 July 2019. Keith was appointed Chairman of the Company in August 2017. The Board would like to thank him for his leadership and counsel and wishes him well for the future.

Just a little question, It says these guys join as from today but does that mean they start work with pfd today because any new appointments normally give a few months notice of starting dates but the rns doesn't say that. Does that mean these guys have been sitting around doing nothing for a while, or have they and pfd known about this for a few months and only just decided to let the info out now.

So will we see these new guys getting free shares or will they be buying millions of shares from their own pockets once they start , which could help the sp rise.

It looks like a whole new team to get the company moving again, and about time.
Let's hope these new guys know what they are doing and with luck get a move on the sp back to 40p soon.

So going by the holders list on here , Tony bramall holds 72m shares and with a total of 185m shares on issue for lookers I make it that he own about 39% of lookers.
Can that be right because he should have to make a bid surely.

Looking cheap at 47p with The net book value of freehold and leasehold properties of £312.1m (equivalent to 80p per share) at the end of the Period remains a key strength of the business.
Maybe T Bramall knows what's going to happen latter with the sp

here, Tony Bramall continues to buy shares in Aug, so far bought 7 times in Aug with a total of 4.54m shares but they are still going down.
Is he going to make a play for Lookers?
