So it looks like this has /did happen over 10 years and as you say they look as if they have already paid back £4.5m , which looks like it was that out of the same £10m so now only £5.5m to go and maybe all in hand.
Have to wait and see what happens next.

OK they hold up standards etc but do they hold any legal powers, do they hold any legal court powers such as fines etc.

So we have now completed the 3rd qrt and I wonder if we are still on line for this statement in the half year results
Out look
Second half adjusted EBITDA will benefit strongly from the increased momentum in sales of complementary services and cost actions taken in the first half
Confident that the full year results will be in line with the Board's expectations

BUT what is / was the full years expectations ?

Just how patient does one have to be, I think 8+ years is long enough.
1 plus point is that if the same money was left in a savings account it probably wouldn't be worth any more than my shares. Now theres a statement.

Yes they have plenty of money to build / grow other businesses because they do NOT pay smaller companies the money they owe them, like the £4-£6m they owe vog.
Why pay anyone when you can take them for a big ride, it's the fools at vog that let them get away with it.

The ESTAS Awards determine the best conveyancing firms in the UK based purely on feedback from clients who are asked a series of questions via the ESTAS Customer Feedback Platform which is designed exclusively for property professionals. A record 45,000 customers have submitted an ESTAS survey so far this year, 9,000 of them for conveyancing firms.

Another rns about the issue / block placing of more shares, does this never end they seem to be always issuing more shares but all that does is keep diluting the share value.
It's about time the company started growing the share / company 's value, so let's hope the next rns / results are better.

Alliance News) - Hansteen Holdings PLC said Thursday its portfolio performed "strongly" in the third quarter.

The property investor said it completed 236 new lettings and lease renewals in the three months to September 30. This represents an average of 79 transactions per month, which is higher than the 62 average reported in the first half.

Hansteen said these leases will generate GBP3.3 million in annual contracted rent, completed at an average of 17% ahead of previous contracted rent.

The company said it recorded seven individual profitable sales in the quarter for GBP1.6 million, generating profit of GBP250,000 compared to the properties December 31 valuations.

"We have specialised in urban multi-let industrial property for 30 years and we haven't seen such an active occupational market with the pace and depth of rental growth that we are currently enjoying," said Joint Chief Executives Ian Watson and Morgan Jones.

It's good news that you have now bought into cwd, you must think they have a good chance ofturning the business round and the sp going much higher otherwise why would you now buy.
I know you said it's only a punt but if you don't believe they will go up what's the point in even a punt that you might lose. Let's see a little more confidence and less negative point going forward, otherwise you are just rubbishing your own investment view.

I thought I noticed a little change in your negative posts over the last week or so, it's funny how one changes their mind / views when money is involved.
So maybe you are now turning into a half full glass gent instead of a leaky half empty one.

In this latest report regarding Hamptons growth which I guess relates to just the Hamptons business, but it would be nice to see if there is now an up-date to what CWD in total is doing.
That would give us a much better understanding of what's going on, surely ther should be a Qtr3 up-date almost ready.

Very true regarding London but come on everyone knows London has been over priced for the last few years and that has caused stagnation. It's a cycle house prices need to adjust down wards so more people can afford to buy and that kicks the market off again, reduce the prices and increase the volume and everyone is happy.
More buys means more through put more motgages and commission etc etc, then more sales and profits for cwd.

so where is this 13% drop in sales.
At this stage It's only the number of properties being put up for sale that's less, they can have 10,000 properties on their lists to sell at any one time but if they always only sell approx 2,000 it dosen't matter how many are on the list as long as it's more than the normal / ave number being agreed as sales.
You always try to slot in as many negatives you can without the proof, I guess you are a half empty glass guy rather than a half full guy, well that's how it comes over.

So we could say that it’s the actual number of sales that are the most important part here which lead to more / same sales and profit and mot the total number of properties on their books.
We could also say that if it wasn’t for Brexit and all these properties were put on the market sales could / should be a lot higher than last year. So as soon as Brexit is done / past we could see a big leap in pent up demand / sales, and something to look forward to.

Yes Gent tcg, simple I like many other investors long term I lost money there due to very poor management that could have saved tcg if they acted 3-6 months earlier.
But I hope to pull that loss back here. like everything you have to take part to benefit or lose. that's life.

I am an investor why would I care what happened 10 years ago or what people invested in the last rights issue at 10p if I bought and my ave is now 4p ish.
