Going by the last results it all going to plan and it looks like they are starting to turn this round and the second half should have better sales than the first. Also the are only about 6% of shorts so nthing to worry about.

So why the delay in results, in an rns the other week they said there would be an rns for results and a statement . Well the results must be complete as there has been no trading so easy to do, so the delay must be just about the statement for the FID.
Does that mean they are just waiting to confirm what's about to happen to FID good or bad.???

Hi Sain, I have been following these for a while and NOT yet invested in them.
I know they have been selling off asstes ie £40m in the last few weeks etc but they still have some £4.7bn of debt and trying toyurn this round but making very slow progress with all the cav's etc
I think they could still go bust if banks called in the debt, what do you think?

Yes P** pore isn't it, I have been locked in here for about 8 years and keep expecting this to start moving back up but it never does.

So are we heading back to 36p- 37p for a while.

Has anyone seen any up-date regarding price targets from any Brokers in the last few weeks.
The second half of business should be better than the first 6 months and the sp should start to rise as long as AA don't issue any rights offer to reduce debt.
Is this more of a bet than saga?

So 220ml by 6 about 36.6 ml cases, about 3 ml cases of Mr Kipling mince pies a week,
that must be what I read somewhere.
That's a lot of pies, so let's hope they sell many more this year.

We have all held these for years with nothing to show for it apart from the special divi , but what extra do they have to say in any up-date / results. We all know they are not doing any business so how can they show any sales or profit, it's now just a shell company until any farm out happens etc. Or am I wrong.??????

3 card, If i am correct I am sure I read info that pfd put out last year that they made / sold some 3 million mince pies over the Christmas trading period.
But if I am wrong I am sure someone will post it.
But now that pfd have gained a 10% market share in Os with their Mr Kipling brand and they are now going after a slice of business in the US with a test on 1,000 outlets there is no reason why we shouldn't see a big increase in business in the Mr Kipling range in total. Let's stay positive.

So it looks like M&S mince pies have been voted the best taste, but with a price of £2.50 for six I just wonder how many they sell when you can buy 6 Mr Kipling mince pies for about a £1 or less.
According to PFD last year they sold about 3 million mince pies which is some going and I know we make many own lable mince pies for the some supermarkets, do we make M&S for them as well.
Anyway all good PR for mince pies at this time of year for PFD, and all good profits to be made from them.

Many / most want this company to do well but just look at the history, in 2015 brokers were putting out a target sp of £2.20, in 2017 it was £1.00 and now it's what 2.5p
It's more like VOG or Debs or Thomas cook at the moment, let's hope it does change.

putney you are probably right but sometimes that's all some investors see ( red flags) when those sort of words are in print.

Many of us have been following these since they were about 11p - 13p when many were saying wow this share / company is going to do good things and the sp will rocket, well that hasn't happened yet and gone the other way. Who knows what's going to happen next !!!!!

I think this could be the main reason Koov is in trouble and the sp down.

Shareholders should be aware that in the event that the Company is unable to secure the further funding from FLFL or through alternative sources, it may no longer be able to trade as a going concern.

So he buys more shares and now has 29.6%, ok if he buys a little more ie 30% he then has to make a full takeover bid but what will he need to offer?
Will he be able to get total control with £1.25 or £1.40 ?, what will it take for other big holders to sell?
Could be a little gamble here.

Yes that's another positive article for PFD , with this new team it does look like the company is now prepared to move into developing the business much faster than was the case before.
I think it was the case of stopping the business from going bust but with the last set of int results
it now looks like they are less worried about that as pfd seems to have a very steady fundation and wanting to move forward.
