Sorry do not subscribe, is this about 8-10 years old about when pfd bought Hovis or is there more, what's the £380m about?

Come on where are all these pfd workers that post on here, how about telling us just how pfd are doing in the factories and what own label products we make for say Aldi / morrisons / asda etc.
Are we very busy and what signs are coming through etc. grateful for any views.

If i remember it correct didn't Aston go bust 2-3 times in the past as a private company because it could never make a good profit and kept running out of money.

Providing we get a good rns with trading up-date this could be 60p+ in 2 weeks.

Wow , how the mighty have fallen.
This was launched at about 1200 and went to about 1400 max which has proven to have been well over valued, now it's about a third of the peak and running short of money.
I feel sorry for anyone who invested with the hype, and can only now see this sp as going down more maybe to £4.00.

for qtr3 including the christmas period should be due in the next 2 weeks and with luck give a great boost to the sp providing all is still going to plan. 45p must be the next move before moving up to 60p+ with a good 2020 plan for selling off some pats of the business or even the lot for 85p.

Yes that has been my view all along, when you get a consolidation of 10 or 50 and then cancel all the shares making it a 1p share again that just high-lights their intention.
They still need more cash and so they can then have another rights issue at say £2.00 for another 100m - 500m shares, it's just a question of time in my view.

And a very happy new year to you and all the holders, after holding these for many years let's hope we are now about to turn the corner with their new plan which could be released with their trading up-date shortly.
Let's also hope a big buyer comes along for some or all of pfd for 85p and then it will be a happy 2020.

Still think it's better value to buy stocks like BT Barclays Talktalk etc etc than cwd for £2.50 +, but I guess we will find out soon enough.

So what's the guess for the sp on Monday, is it going to be £2.48p or £3.50p?
and if it opens up high just how long will it be before it sinks down to under £2.00 without a very good rns and divi promise.

I think the only thing being killed off this winter is VOG.
Or will it simply die out without anyone giving a helping hand. Times up !!!!!!!

2020 is down and out or another issue for money, but I guess it all depends on eneo to pay or not to pay.
But vog could come out with an rns saying they will stop selling to eneo because they will never see the money and now sell to the 50 new customers they have just signed up.
Do you think vog have sent out any christmas cards to eneo saying SHOW ME THE MONEY.!!!!!!!

Yes some of these directors know jus how to kill off companies, more money down the drain.

Sale to end of June were up thanks to eneo, but what’s the point to increased sales if they do not pay their bills.
Trade receivables have increased $4.7 million to $13.4 million as at 30 June 2019 due to the increase in activity and delays in ENEO settling their outstanding receivables. As announced, during H1 19 the Group received payment on the January and February invoices from ENEO, and during H2 19 has received payment of the March invoice. As at 30 June 2019 an amount of $4.2 million was outstanding from ENEO. At the reporting date there is an amount of $4.8 million outstanding. Management continues to engage with ENEO to ensure consistent and prompt payment and to finalize the bank guarantee to mitigate future payment delays.

It looked like eneo owed vog £4.8m at the end of June ,but just how much do they owe now as it doesn’t look as if they have paid much since. So they could now owe vog £9m-£10m
Now with this latest info are vog ever going to get paid????

So if I am not wrong there are only the rest of today then 2 1/2 trading days before all is settled, and to see the sp at 10p as some have suggested might be a bit too much.

I never like consolidation of shares, It's not so bad if a share gets consolidated say by 10 from a 1p share to a 10p share but when a share like cwd gets consolidated by 50 to 1 and the shares are NOT 50p shares but then 49p is ditched and they still stay as a1p share but as a say £2.48 or a £3.50 sp price, somethings very wrong.
You can buy many ftse 100 companies like M&S, Barclays, BT, Legeal &G etc all with stability profit divi's for a better price.In my view once this goes post consolidation the sp will start to drop big time, but hey what do I know I guess we will only find out at the end of December.

I think the consolidation deal has already been agreed at £2.48 and that's the price it will start to trage at when it goes live, regardless of the day trading price in the last few days.

I think we could be in the same position as Koov and a number of other shares over the last 6 months.
If eneo haven't paid vog up to date then vog could almost be going bust without more money asap, now it could be that someone has already been working on this and have agreed a pre pack admin to come in and buy the lot and take control for about 2p a share and all the shareholders will get diddly squat. just my thoughts.

This is now getting very interesting with Tosca on about 28% and Dunston on about 29.9%,
