Further to the conversation, even though the wording in the last RNS may suggest not, I do wonder whether the 120-day negotiating period is a deliberate timeframe chosen by those in the US. Is it inside this period that they believe the core data and results of our first commercial test in a clinical trial setting will be determined?
I don't see the test performing badly compared to preliminary data by the way and I'm sure those in the US don't and are privy to such info in the routine research etc that Cizzle do, but as you would expect they would need a period as to which back out of any agreements in a worse case scenario.
Very confident going forward here.
OAPK20, that's some claim. I found the Cizzle Bio Inc start up and posted it within minutes here. It WAS a lucky find, only from seeing 'CEO@ Cizzle bio inc USA'. on Bill Behnkes Linkedin page and well, adding 2+2 from there. None of us of course should have to be working this stuff out regardless and does damage my view of the BODs transparency with retail shareholders.
A pretty damming publication in The Lancet on Grails Galleri multi-cancer test yesterday, much of which we've already discussed on here several times, even if the mainstream media portrays it literally as the holy grail of cancer detection.
Overall sensitivity of 27.5% for stage 1-2. "This figure is based on performance in patients with symptomatic disease and is likely to overestimate the screening performance"
"For a test purporting to detect more than 50 cancers and for which cancer signal origin analysis is imprecise, only with extensive imaging and further diagnostic interventions (such as endoscopy) can the patient be reassured that their screening test result is truly a false positive." No wonder Allan pushes the non-invasive narrative so much, when the Galleri test tells you that you might not have cancer, but you also might. So lets just shove a tube down your throat to make sure. Just under $1000 per test for the privilege to do so.
Not even going to comment on the section where that worm of a former PM and the former Chief Exec of Cancer Research Uk is mentioned with their influence.
Only a 2 page document but still worth a look. Should be easy to find on Google

Incomparable between Cizzle and OBD though on potential test volumes IMO, the market for PSA tests looks as if it's becoming saturated will several performing very well.
At the moment i'm checking pretty much weekly on other lung cancer tests that can detect at the earliest stage of stage of 1, so to speak, using only a single biomarker for simplicity, and we still appear to remain as the only company able to do it (concept). Our USP blows other lung cancer tests out the water IMO
Bio Techne stating a few days ago at the JP Morgan Healthcare conference that 'M&A will continue to be a priority'.
Bio Techne also has multiple plans in the liquid biopsy and molecular diagnostics market, including the development of a colorectal cancer test. "The company would 'like to partner' on the cancer test assay with another firm".
Very active in the M&A and cancer diagnostics market short term then..
Would like to see at the very least Allan contact the local Yorkshire press upon the test going live. No doubt there'll be tremendous pride on what the Uni of York has achieved.
These bigger companies with huge funding no doubt have media influence somewhere down the line. You'd have thought Grails Galleri test also had the ability to cure cancer is was plastered that much across every media outlet.
“This paper reports on the initial results of the development of one such test. While the results show some promise, it is far too soon to be confident that this test will turn out to be useful for early cancer detection.”
The same could have been said for Cizzle with our own studies over 10 years ago, yet here we are with still no commercial test (soon about to change fingers crossed).
Maybe in the 2030s and beyond these multi cancer tests will be used, almost all of them seem years off being rolled out on a mass scale. The same with the use of AI. There's a whole load of money to be made by those with simplistic accurate singular cancer tests in the meantime IMO.
You can't really say if our test was that good why isn't it being reflected in the SP. I looked back on recent OBD results/forward looking statements and they stated their launch for the current product would be Q4 2023. Literally telegraphing it to the market. Still the SP declined, then it went and 4 bagged on launch. Sure that's what we'll do minimum within 6 months or so
Does the Murf/Conduit SP pre/post merger actually effect Cizzle though? May be wrong but i thought the $10.00 price for £3.25m is fixed.
Its been estimated atleast twice what Cizzle will get (for dilutive puroposes on their behalf), one was 391k shares, the other was 407k roughly on Murfs quarterly reports. The difference in shares allocated for the option will change depending on the GBP-USD exchange rate i assume. However the value in £ remains the same. Once we exercise the option, only then will the Conduit SP affect us if we continue to hold shares.
Interested to hear others if they disagree my take on it
"If things were going badly wrong, we'd have to tell the market that, that's not the case. Things are progressing extremely well, the best thing i can do is, watch this space"

Just as good as an RNS for me
Going back to my last post regarding someone loading in small chunks, you are probably correct in your theory over mine @Fastfood.
One particular buy that stood out was the 9.30am at nearly £12k. The advertised ask was 4p, but this £12k live trade went through at 4.19p. Take your word for it on large buy quotes being rejected. Will try myself tomorrow too
Been intrigued by these 5k,10k,15k,20k,25k share block buys that have occured since last Friday. Counted up around 1.9m of them so far with 1.3m being bought yesterday and today. Might be larger buys (50k) coinsiding with these but that'd be more of a guess.
Even as i'm writing this another 10k+5k+10k has gone through.
Heard another piece on cancer on a radio news bulletin earlier, suggesting that GPs will be given the option to send patients directly to CT scans, MRI etc.... Cancer screening to be ramped up next year, talk about right place right time for Cizzle.
Expecting multiples from the current SP next year.
