British Sky Broadcasting Group: UBS revises target price from 760p to 800p and stays with its neutral rating. Citigroup increases target price from 900p to 950p and keeps a buy recommendation. Deutsche Bank takes price target from 930p to 970p reiterating a buy recommendation.

Booker Group: UBS raises target price from 112p to 127p, while leaving its buy recommendation unaltered.

Berendsen: UBS ups target price from 600p to 650p and downgrades from buy to neutral.

AstraZaneca: Deutsche Bank cuts target price from 2970p to 2800p and keeps a hold recommendation. Exane BNP lowers target price from 3200p to 3000p, while a neutral rating is maintained.

Antofagasta: Exane BNP reduces target price from 1500p to 1350p maintaining an outperform rating.

Anpario expects to report a successful year with earnings and profits after tax in line with market forecasts, the animal feed company announced Friday. The supplier of natural feed additives in agriculture and aquaculture said results over the past nine months were driven by newly acquired Meriden Animal Health which is performing in line with expectations. Meriden was snapped up for about £4.0m in March. "[This year] has started well and the group continues to target organic growth and strategic investment activity in key export markets," the company said. The company remains debt free with cash balances of £3.7m at the year-end. Financial results for the year to December 31st will be announced in April.

"While we are naturally very disappointed to have been unsuccessful in our exploration efforts in Kurdistan, we now look forward to focusing on, and adding to, our remaining high potential exploration interests in Africa," Chief Executive Angus MacAskill said. Shares were down 1.31% to 37.75p at 09:00 Friday.

Sterling Energy announced Friday its decision to withdraw from the Sangaw North PSC oil field in Kurdistan after 2D seismic data indicated the remaining potential was insufficient to justify drilling a second exploration well. The oil company - focused on operations in Africa and the Middle East - said it abandoned the area on Tuesday following interpretation of the data. Sterling had acquired and processed 117km of 2D seismic data during 2012, which revealed the potential of a secondary target adjacent to the south east of the Sangaw North PSC area was not feasible.

"This deal provides a strong foundation for Daisy Group in the growing IP and data market, and is a great strategic fit for the evolution of the business," he said. "The board believes this acquisition will drive further cross selling opportunities within our enlarged base while also providing Net Crowd's customers with direct access to the group's full portfolio of products and services."

Daisy Group has acquired The Net Crowd for an undisclosed amount, the British internet and telecommunications company announced Friday. Net Crowd, an IT data specialist, provides services, maintenance and installations in the UK to companies including Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper Networks and HP. The Berkshire-based company's existing management team will continue to run the business following the acquisition and will report to Daisy's wholesale division. The transaction was funded by group's existing borrowing facilities. Chief Executive Officer of Daisy, Matthew Riley, said Net Crowd was a fast-growing business that would enhance the company's service offering.

Oakley Capital Investments sold its stake in Emesa Group Holdings to Cyrte Investments for 95m euros, the Bermudian-based investor said Friday. The company's fund, Oakley Capital Private Equity (Limited Partnership), originally purchased Emesa in March 2011 for a consideration of �35m. The transaction represents a 3.6 times gross return for the fund in less than two years of ownership, with an internal rate of return in excess of 100%. "Emesa has been another successful investment for the Limited Partnership," Director of Oakley, Peter Dubens, said. "This is a significant disposal for the fund and delivers an attractive return to investors after a holding period of less than two years. It has been a pleasure for the Oakley team to work with the management of Emesa, and we wish them continued success with their new partners."
