I know nothing about this company but noticed a lot of buying. Can someone update me so I can understand the fundamentals as to how it fell from 75p to such a low share price.

It definitely feels like the Titanic or a company that have shut up shop. No results is causing investors to bailout.

No one knows what’s happening with the company and it’s clearly sending a negative feeling throughout the share price.

Just hope Penny has something to offer because communication skills wouldn’t receive 5 star at all.

Anyway all we can do is wait now. Never seen a stock with 8m in the bank and 5m market cap.

All the best. It’s horrible when someone finds them self in a position for investing in a company they believe in. I just hope the board buys shares to show how they believe in it.

A decent share which is cheap in my opinion

If they don’t get a fund raise away ASAP it will simply be a takeover situation when some with cash gets amazing products at discounted price.

Still a chance to get a fund raise away around 4p in my opinion

Until funding know I think it slowly slips!

The key is funding as eluded to in the investor meeting. I think they need to clarify this ASAP and then both shareholders and company can equally make informed decisions on facts. On Thursday investors got spiked at 9p and last week seen lows of under 3p. It’s totally unfair for investors who could easily be wiped out as in other great companies before if funding dries up. You can’t run a car without factoring in the costs to run it.

I think the board are trying to put a positive spin on an extremely worrying financial situation and given the cash burn since the pandemic I am quite worried for all investors.

The price fluctuations is purely speculative and smart traders taking advantage of volatility. The real losers are loyal long term holders who in reality will probably never get a return

How can people truly say they feel sorry for those that sold at 5p!

I feel sorry for poor investors who paid over £1.00 on false promises

I did say a few times be careful and a balanced view required but either way it’s a disaster story of misuse of millions over the years at us share holders expense as usual

Yes they had a positive update before Christmas and the share price dropped to lows of 2.75p last week.

Many companies have had RUMOURS but FACT is they stated funding in process which suggests dilution.

I am also invested but a balanced opinion required.

The share price increased to as much as 200% at one point yesterday from lows last week. The market capital is 10m for a company burning cash and declaring it needs funding!.

On the other hand it has great potential with good product.

It’s 100% a dilution coming but at what price!. Also what will today’s figures reveal!.

I hope GDR can somehow survive a stand alone company but will it end up being bought out!.

Or will another huge dilution be enough

I do fear the company is deploying a tactic all to obvious and common. Put some decent news and create momentum and release news shares at shareholders expense when it rises.

I’m in it and hope I’m wrong but doubt I am because it’s the only trick in the book when you’ve basically stated the need for cash
