The yield is massive and you,ll be pleased to receive some decent divis on these as long as you,re not trading in cfd,s of course! Havent seen these go 30+ before,so maybe this quiet little earner is making a comeback having had an almost "unloved" status for reasons i cant imagine! Welcome aboard,james

Just added this one to my portfolio,looks like a terrific yield and a over-reaction just as uu was earlier,just off to sell some crap shares now to pay for them! GL all

i,m in at about 1.06 with costs having missed the recent bottom,just worried with such a huge rise we could see a retrace for those who bought at half that,should have averaged down,hindsight...............do you intend to hold if we get to the 120,s? also do you or anyone else here know how "safe" the dividend payments are?

i agree,the larger ones are at the mid price so could be just transferring to different accounts,the 67/66 trades are very strange indeed,maybe staff share gifts,customer incentives or a computer glitch? Either way these are in my portfolio already due to their dividends,not a massive yield but they seem to have had an honourable divi policy i.e. paying it when things are a bit tough whereas its normally the first outgoing to scrap,recent director buy too? Not convinced on any massive upside here but happy to hold for the divis personally

I,ve held these for ages for the yield half in my share isa and half in normal portfolio,got in less than 3 quid average so cant complain,never understood why they came down so much being such a high-yielder,aside from being taken off some index somewhere,do you reckon we are headed for a hefty climb here or is this just a corrective bounce on good results,either way i,m happy to sit on the divis longterm

Just doubled my investment here,one of the best yields around,alongside scottish and southern and national grid which are also looking cheap,hopefully over kill on the offwat thing this morning but frankly with this yield a bounce on the price is mere vanity in the short term,in my opinion,

looked at it earlier,10 million in debt,only 1 market maker dealing in up to 25k of shares at that time,2 in 1k blocks,nearly bought in for the bounce but have got caught before on not being able to find a buyer for my holding even if the price goes up a lot and selling off in stages can kill off any profit due to dealing costs etc. Having said that they,ll probably be 10p by the end of the week and i,ll wish i had! Quietly back up to 28,good steady day here,lets see where the week takes us

A bit of a retrace,oh well it cant go up everyday! It was good to see 29 and a bit yesterday and just shows its got some good potential yet,construction in general is so much in the doldrums and lenders are going over-cautious again,it just shows how solid this company is to have risen at all in my opinion.When it does and it will cos all markets are cyclical,this will be a real winner,the only negative is that the yield is a bit thin but i,m sure i read somewhere they have a share-holder friendly approach,have a good weekend too mate,james
