cheers mate,happy to tuck a few things away,not everythings an in/out for a small profit for me you know! all i know about ifl is they seemed to track ferro expo in share price terms but so tied up in hawk at the moment that i havent got the spare funds for any significant buying and i dont want to go into my bluechips if i can help it,although there was a nearly moment earlier as i saw mwa looking tempting for a top up,keeping an eye there. Since you,re into interesting stuff, have you ever looked into monitise,never really made any money but lots of new customers and a recent tie up with visa, mobile banking,and looking at the way my step kids(especially the girls,the greatest spenders of all) do just about everything bar brush their teeth on their mobiles,just might be worth a look....

Had a look and went in for a small stake here,more cash than debts,not making money at the mo but agree with you on the products,the price of meat etc these days could be an innovative way of reducing wastage etc,time will tell,cheers for the intro,james

from weekend paper-trawling research, harvey nash,probably a quick mover then out by 10am(maybe), songbird from the questor column but extremely ambiguous buy rating in my opinion, if i,m up in time will have a look at both and buy s.t.opening prices,otherwise the usual vodaphone type stuff and no profit-creating hawk tips i can find.....catch up in the week,james

I,m totally b.....d till HAWK on the gamblers do something and BBY have a rally,or HMV get going! I,m not selling anymore shares because they go up straight away, idea i put on hawk earlier, "the jamesmaggs-sold-too-early" unit trust,guaranteed to go up whenever jamesmaggs puts in a sell order!!!!! Like the greenland things by the way,have a few"sleepers" i hope will wake up soon and still think those moni will come good,one day........have a good weekend mate!

Its been a funny day,reminds me how it was a few months ago,lots of things drifting into the red and contemplating selling things on the basis of how little the loss is as opposed to how much profit. Still watching the angel mining but having cleared away my open positions am reluctant to "borrow" on a T-10,to buy anything. Have reduced my mwa,lonr,pmk,ray etc to levels that i,m happy to wait around forever,massively top heavy and underwater on my hawk,fully invested in cosalt as its one of those i believe in,comfortable with the blues as they are predominantly for income,although am top heavy in balfours for the positive rights issue. Looks like the hmv are going into the yielding pile,so much for the 700 quid topslice! Have got a few small holdings in things like teg,bluestar,optare and moni but they,re well underwater today as well,as are my inchcape,in fact are there any in profit,dare i look!!! Actually,cosalt and pmk are,just.....On a lighter note, was engaged in bby banter and they and their posts just disappeared so it looks like i,ve been talking to myself all day!

Feeling quite relaxed about both mwa and lonr for the longterm,might sound a bit crazy to you but i dont want either to rocket because it then makes me want to but more and then sell some of them in case they go down because they went up! Within 5 years,zim will be a different place and both of these will be totally different companies. Was reading in the paper about kazakstan one of those "5 years ago,who,d have thought.........." and its always been my hedge that this will be a similar scenario,hard as it is to have a longterm view on anything these days,i do so on these rightly or wrongly,though i havent got any lonzim any more,that would be just too much in my opinion! sold half of these today,bought more bby and maybe too early on both accounts! looking to keep some cash in case of major market corrections as there will be some too good to miss prices i reckon, targeting sdy sub-40 average down/top up, inchcape and taylor wimpey maybe but since no ones building anything in my area,not sure where their income is coming from if at all,strikes me we,ve already had the relief rallies there so i want to see some footings go in before i buy any, bby a different animal,friend of mine works for a division of theirs,beaucoup work coming in and they reckon the american thing is a real bonus, its catching the knife at the moment,yet the rights are heavily discounted so theres room to fall

Have put rank and angel into watch mode,angel may have already started for you. I,m somewhat stagnated on my gambling funds at the mo due to hawk having not climbed off the nest(yet) and those mta remaining stubbornly within the spread,what a pain eh! I try to be disciplined in terms of investment funds and gambling funds separation if you follow me or i,d just end up with a multitude of companies and no divis coming in, happy to sit with my mwa, catch up later

Yes,big buy ins but the yield is starting to have a ?, dont you think, actually considering dumping these and putting it into glaxo and balfours, this is an investment rather than a punt if you follow me, any thoyghts mate?
