Okay,in between work,home,saturated dog walks etc etc,do i once again put my trust in mr.whateverhisnameis from the weekend ft and have an early doors punt on RM? Know nothing about them other than results tomorrow and tipped as "due for a bounce",total punt but this time last week got excited about TIG as a result of reading the weekend ft and now have a 10k(of shares) holding in a company i know nothing about and dumped the other 15k at a loss, no point in discussing it as i will or wont depending on whats going on at home easrly doors tomorrow,ant thoughts on them let me know here guys and i,ll let you know too if yet another "share of great promise" has been added to my portfolio, i,d just like to get one right,one day!!!!!! catch up tomorrow,james

Oh well,off home now,girlfriend and i talking again,or is it a truce i wonder,but more importantly shes been to sainsburys and i asked her to get me some "weiss bier" which is on offer apparantly, yahooooooooo! I,ll tell you mate,that boredum factor is a killer for our wealth creation, its just so frustrating when you watch others you,ve been watching but cant cos you,re "all in"elsewhere but i,m sure you and i went through a stage of wanting to have a few shares in everything and that didnt really work for me,as i tended to flog anything in profit or go for a reduction to buy others! I admire your confidence on the chariots and am watching keenly. If only the hawk would get to target then i can split the funds a bit. So back on cosalt, that is a very big holding in a share with no current yield,what do they know? Did you have any thoughts on the one i mentioned to noon earlier,laird,i tend to have 2 portfolios,one investment/yieldy stuff that i dont trade much and the gambling ones, laird looks interesting due to the yield and huge director buys at a rights price of a quid, mind you the directors of cosalt filled their boots with the 00!

To be honest i just dont know on them, i,ve put so much into them having dumped lots of otheres that a small move makes a big difference(hawk),35p should be the bottom as that was the last placement price,just reckon they were over-hyped prior to the agm and PI,s have drifted off. Got 100k of them,like you on chariot,every penny up is a good day,down is a down day and my average is just over 41 so i,m well hacked off with them at the moment. Noon reckons i should spread it including the falklands 4,but if i do that i,ll end up where i was before,loads of small stakes in lots of things,so loads of trading and little upside,practically speaking. My aim on them is to topslice at 60/80 dep on sentiment at that time. On cosalt,only have 50k but a sniff of anything and i,ll doubleplus my holding p.d.q.(is that a new word?), curious about thhe chariots too but do you reckon they,re a 25-28 share till you get bored and sell then they rocket to 50p!!!???

Am i being a tad naive here,but i dont know when cazanove bought and at what price? Irrespective of that,wouldnt they have off-loaded by now if they didnt think they were going anywhere? Cosalt have always been a bit of a wildcard in my eyes as they raced up to 25p during the 00,which would have given me a 100+% profit including my 00 shares,if my broker had let me sell them on a t-10,but he advised strongly against it in case the 00 was scaled back or the stock didnt arrive on time. I seem to remember having 50 or 60k of them (shares) at that time which would have been a nice touch,damn!!!!! Put it another way,thats a lot of buying out of nowhere all of a sudden???

Okay,one to investigate......laird,watched them creeping down over the last month or so,showing a big yield on here,looks like 8x directors took up rights or options at a quid. I,ll ask around over the weekend and harrass my broker on monday but whatever the circumstances, surely 8 directors putting up a fair wedge of money is a good sign? Just left you one on cosalt,ended up flogging some of my dont touch national grid to cover open positions,mind you i bought them recently at 5.80 and sold at 6.40ish so at least it was a profit. Mega-irritated with the flying things and going into the weekend with a 5 grand paper loss has dampened my mood so apologies for being miserable! Anyway,apart from cosalt i tucked away some TRP again and some vane minerals which i know b-all about but surely something will take off soon. Ithink my share-week started off bably thanks to buying TIG for a quick 10% and now its sitting there at a loss minus the half of them i sold at a loss,i blame that weekend ft tippster,not myself obviously. CSLT, i,m not unhappy at being back in as it seemed to bother me more not having any than sitting on them at a loss, i.e. its one of those "you just never know" shares. Hope you,re not as miserable as i am with your recent trades but i suspect you might be actually,okay catch up soon bud,beer awaits.....

Pleased for you bud. No matches on those at the moment,consolidated my gambling shares to these, mwana,hawk,moni,cosalt again,pmk mainly and all showing a healthy paper loss today by the looks of things,but wont always be the case,i hope! Have these as a top up option on 8, VOG i have played with a few times, seems to be an in at 5,out at 6 type of share(if only it was that simple) but i suspect its like these,if you wait long enough....................good luck with the others mate

Yep, we,re a right pair of gamblers! I try and hold my blues for yield etc but if the profit ever exceeds my best yield aspirations, i still sell,especially if i feel they,re at the top of their range,man have i got that one wrong a few times! Oh well,cosalt seems to have got the buyers today and its not just us lot so you never know! Cheers for the information on ANGM, perhaps i need to contain myself on any more buying today, its probably down to nighthawk going up a bit,still down 3 grand or so there,but thats better than yesterday! Havent got anything like that amount due to lack of funds( blame nighthawk) and liquidity considerations but its good that we,ve jumped back on board at the same time. I think you and i are quite similar in our viewpoint of punctuation etc, someone i dont "know" posted me on hawk or one of my regulars using "like" as an impersonal pronoun,like and i just couldnt be bothered to answer due to that alone. Somewhat reminicent of me constantly correcting my on/off girlfriends kids on that point,its not that i,m a snob but just prefer to speak like correctly,like,know what i mean........
