From what I perceive, Falcon's fair value has never been about the "daily sp". The daily stock price is just noise. The true fair value of this bird is when we wake up to read the RNS that Falcon Oil & Gas, Inc has been sold for a price of X amount. I have to agree with WetWater and others. Collectively, the market will decide on Falcon's value when it is sold, not the daily sp. But it is fun to speculate. GLTA
I posted this previously where I found the document on my computer and the date I have for the presentation is 16 June 2015. The stated market valuations on Slide 16 are as follows: Trends $40 / acre, Undeveloped $844 / acre, Appraisal $4,009 / acre, Production $18,489 / acre. If we are in "Production" in 2026, wouldn't that give Falcon a much higher valuation? I suppose I could dream, but perhaps my calculations are off. $,$$$,$$$,$$$

The Parable of the FO Bamboo Tree
17 Jan 2019 03:54 AM
"In everything you do in your life, keep in mind the miracle of the Falcon bamboo tree. After the seed for this amazing tree is planted, you see nothing, absolutely nothing, for years except for a tiny shoot coming out of a bulb. During those years, all the growth is underground in a massive, fibrous root structure that spreads deep and wide in the earth. But then in the "nth" year the Falcon bamboo tree grows up to eighty feet!
Many things in life are like the Falcon bamboo tree. You work and you invest time and effort, and you do everything you can possibly do to nurture growth, and sometimes you don't see anything for weeks, months, or even years. But if you're patient and keep working and nurturing, that "nth" year will come, and you will be astonished at the growth and change you see taking place..."
Paraphrased from "The Parable of the Chinese Bamboo Tree"
During the last 14 plus years (much more for some), I found it necessary to remind myself, Falcon is like a Chinese bamboo tree. Just have patience. GLTA :-)
IN THE UNITED STATES. Really? I have made a couple investment strategic share moves of my FOLGF holdings. I moved the remaining FOLGF shares owned in my individual cash account and my Traditional IRA FOLGF shares and transferred them to my ROTH IRA FOLGF holdings. From a tax perspective/strategy, I'm not sure if there is anything else I can do to shelter my FOLGF holdings in my ROTH IRA account, other than what I am doing. Not looking for financial advisement, but maybe just some suggestions on what I could do to better position myself from a tax planning perspective. GLTA
A question I have submitted to the upcoming 26 February Investor Meet is as follows:
"Sometime ago during a Corporate Presentation in December 2021, the Falcon Oil & Gas Corporate strategy was to Explore, Appraise, and Monetize the company assets as an exit plan. Please provide a detailed full update on Falcon's current corporate strategy going forward."
We now know Falcon's plan is to participate in the pilot project. I am hoping Philip can provide additional information on Falcon's plan going forward.
Newtofo: Yes, let's have some fun with this, all while focusing only on the dark blue CORE area on page 7 of the Beetaloo Basin. In order to give me/us some perspective, I'm also looking at a couple of Corporate Falcon slide presentations made in February 10, 2010 (given by Thomas Ahlbrandt, VP of Exploration) and a second Corporate Falcon slide presentation made in July 11, 2012 (given by CEO Philip O'Quigley) that I have saved on my computer.
Winding the clocks and calendars back from way back then, we had the Shenandoah-1 well and the Shenandoah-1A well test result plus a couple of other Beetaloo test results. We are now waiting on the test results from the 30-day initial production flow rates (IP30) for the Shenandoah-SS1H well. BTW, I find it interesting that we have now come full circle from the Shenandoah-1 well, the Shenandoah-1A well and now back to the Shenandoah-SS1H well.
Based on previous industry valuations, I would also be comfortable with a USD $1/share selling price. I hope for more, but to a pig farmer, hope is only worth so much $#&T. I am looking forward to what the all the LSE board members place on a $/share valuation, in whatever currency.
For what it is worth (I'm definitely NOT putting a value on this), I actually met Marc Bruner (CEO) and Thomas Ahlbrandt (VP) and Robert C Macaulay (Chairman/Director) at a couple of investor meetings in Las Vegas, Nevada and Vancouver, British Colombia. That dates my tenure from 2010 to present).
For the US market, I see a new ticker symbol listed for TAMBORAN RESOURCES LTD: TBNNY without any trading history or volume. Not sure what it means. I'm just the messenger...

Quoting @Hardrock - "The most likely reason to close is non-technical. I'll leave it at that". I would have to agree, there's something going on that we are not privy to. I'll just call it "positioning", that's what's go on. Since I also don't really know, I'll also leave it at that. Any conjecture is just, well, conjecture. But it sure does make for interesting reading from our fellow forum members. GLTA
For some reason, I was not able to get the EMP link to work on my tablet. Here's another one, if that works:

For more detail, there's a link to download the EMP document under the "Scope of activities "Shenandoah South E&A Program EMP"
Hang onto you hats ladies and gentlemen, it looks like Tamboran has their funding and we're off to the races. We should hear from Falcon after the 30-day flow rates are announced.
So I'm back from a sole 7-day photography sojourn from the outback of America's Nevada Mohave Desert Gold Butte National Monument area. To my surprise upon my return, my Falcon holdings have increased more than 45% from a year ago. So glad I strategically moved the remainder of my Falcon holdings from a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA back when the price was $0.08 USD. I believe we are finally beginning to see (once again) a significant takeoff and upward flight path for this bird.
And I quote NorthernMagic, "Hopefully, this will then move the SP to a few multiples from where it is at the moment." GLTA
Would be nice to know more about why the Remuneration Committee "believes this change will more align...with the strategic objectives and the shareholders’ interests." Since I'm not too "in tune" on these types of dealings, and since we are once again, patiently in wait mode, does anyone care to provide a "read between the lines" synopsis on this subject matter? Yes, inquiring minds really do want to know.
