The Mustang Capital Raise, and the concurrent acquisition by Mustang of shares in the capital of VRFB-H, constitutes a reverse takeover under the “Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules and will require the publication of a prospectus and readmission of Mustang to trading by no later than 31 December 2021.”
How is this an RTO if MUST are only taking a 22% stake in VRFB-H (11% in Enerox)?
MUST now delists and if not relisted by end of the year (!), then MUST investment in VRFB-H is transferred to BE via the issue of BMN shares to MUST.
Confusing RNS - looking forward to reading BBN’s thoughts on this.
@dancingfred- good post, recommended and broadly in line with the way I think this will go. I have a slightly different opinion on the full sale though as I think we will see an asset sale and EUA continue as a public entity.
Massive week ahead- good luck to all shipmates.
@oldspursfan - interesting theory. However I would have thought a more straightforward process would be for DLA Piper to just wrap this all up on completion. Buyer purchases the minority interest on completion as condition of the whole transaction?

So a complete turnaround from your post a couple of days ago lol.

Share price was in decline for awhile so they knew this and it explains the selling thats been going on, management kept their mouth shut whole stinks
@GLG - Not expecting an update prior to EGM but very happy to be wrong. I think the news flow will start to come through end of April / early May, leading to swift conclusion of the FSP, meaning we can claim our lives back once again -:)
Ian, the licences could be a pre condition for the buyer. However, there are lots of possibilities here, but in my view we will not see a full sale. We are all guessing but whichever way it goes I see massive upside for shareholders.
Morning Ian,
Personally I see there as being a strong possibility of a raise. This could be done to obtain the licences for the JV assets to then sell on to a buyer under the FSP.
The more likely option for me is an asset sale, with the raise to allow a new (Japanese) investor to take a stake in the business in exchange for an off take agreement. The raised cash is then used to develop those JV assets to be sold in future to a number of buyers.
@Lucky - Well done for posting a broker note and answering your own question. You clearly have time to look at this board from your comments about reading endless drivel, so really don’t understand why you couldn’t have just used that time to find the broker note. Just comes across as lazy and patronising.
Anyway good luck with your investment.
Should change your moniker to “LazyLuciano”. Would you like someone here to wipe your ar*e for you aswell.
Why don’t you DYOR, put up a few numbers and let others critique them rather than snide comments projected to others who have tried to help you.
