I agree trying to make a quick buck with money you need ie for a deposit on a house is scary stuff a rollercoaster ride if it drops you will literally feel sick inside spreading your time scale out as long as possible allows you to take advantage of the drops and lower your average buy price some people are lucky and get in at the right price some are not and get stung be very careful what you do and think long and hard before you risk your money.
