Last placing to raise £300k was done less than six months ago at 0.12. Factory is set up for production in Poland and someone is buying a lot of shares. I think if you join the dots a 200-300% rise doesn't look wildly optimistic

That's before share of sell on products and power generation....let's say Chinese buy up the 12% sensible multiple should give a valuation circa £14 a share

What are you suggesting they 'do' with the balance sheet? They have cash so I don't see the need for additional fund raise...I am just not sure what you are getting at?
