Abandoned because of the gold price at the time....they mined the seams they could see and had non of today's technology which is clearly identifying new seams and areas of interest. As for the locals I have family there and visited this summer. The economy is solely a tourist economy at the moment and a re-opening of the gold mine would be most welcome

There were IIs buying at 27p on launch with instructions to pay up to 50p. The primary bid fiasco led to a Pi sell off. A subsequent distressed sell off by a significant investor and the launch delay and that's why the SP is where it is today. I like most initially bought at a lot higher price. I have however bought a lot more recently with a target of 50p GLA

This should be trading at 50p+ news or no news. Laboratory produced cannabinoids, Wall on the BOD, Chanelle McCoy JV and David Beckham's business invested....massive product launch due in December...shares at anything sub 20p will be hoovered up before then

Spread too wide too trade this IMO and tiny buys seem to be at full ask...I've been adding when I can as I really think there is news due which could transform the value here

A lot of shares changed hands yesterday and somebody looks to have been building a stake. Should see a TR1 in the next few sessions....all will be revealed

TWatcher what is tiring is when people accuse Colin King of selling out....when in fact he has been buying....some directors took options and sold them but not Colin, his last buy was at 53.19 back in December and he hasn't sold one share since

The last thing we need is a director buy...the only reason for that would be to reassure the market. Directors are not allowed to buy within a period of six weeks before a results announcement. News is IMO imminent and I have bought more.

The deep wells are still very much in play. 21 miles from Tengiz and the oil is Sulphur free. Getting the deeps to flow is all about money, money Caspian haven't had. Looks like they will be cash positive going forward. I think the tone of this RNS suggests the new BOD are going for it!!! Music to my ears :)

You can't blame Carver for the slow progress. But...his communication is littered with errors, always has been and that has had the effect of killing what sentiment is left for this share. There looks like there is some good news incoming, would be better if someone else delivered it IMO.

I visited Dolgellau this weekend and walked Cadair Idris, which if you haven't done it, it's well worth the effort...spectacular views. I had a trip down to Bontddu. Local feeling is that the mine is re-opening and that ALBA have discovered, significant new deposits of gold. It's going to good for the local economy. Award of the de-watering permit should see the start of a huge re-rate here IMO

GF communicating decent news on a regular basis...delays look minimal. The market is going to wake up and see the potential here. The news from Amitsoq could dwarf the positive news from Wales...fully loaded up here.
