Feels like the calm after the storm....sellers out and replaced by Pis all in a 6p plus...ready for next rise 10.25 next resistance and then could go anywhere on dual listing and possible litigation against PRIM

They'll take a big chunk over the bid price...looking poised for a bit of a run imo

There was a huge unreported trade at 9.00am yesterday morning. UT from the day before was at 8.34....looks to me that this was the aggregate auction selling price for PRIM...this sale was absorbed by someone or Pis...would suggest to me that any positive news should see a total rerate and that's without any benefit from PRIM's illegal action.

A few jumped ship with no RNS first thing. I suppose off chasing rainbows elsewhere. BOD will have to respond to PRIM action and RNS could land anytime. PR1 set to benefit whichever course of action taken...should see a healthy rise in SP IMO

Primorus admit a breach and agree to buy back the shares...they have banked the profit so no problem for them...the market has absorbed 8% of the shares in issue...so buying 8% of the float

for them could be interesting.... Primorus will

finish ahead and Pis will do really well out of it ...sounds like a plan to me

Should see an announcement from the BOD... possibly after hours.... important to know what they are doing re: Primorus exit

FCA won't get involved here as Primorus are an investor and not a related party. The share lock in agreement is between PR1 and Primorus and therefore any action will be between those parties. PR1 will have to claim that Primorus's actions resulted in a material loss to either the value or reputation of the company. I think that a settlement is the likely outcome as anything protracted will not suit either party. IMO

BOD must be preparing a statement....until then a rollercoaster

Nothing wrong with this morning's RNS. The illegal behaviour of an investor who held 8% holding is the reason for today's drop. The company will issue a statement when it's ready and I think a TR1 will follow shortly. It's all a bit of a mess in the short term but creates a buying opportunity if you have the cahonas:)

I think that Primorous were taken by surprise by the rise in SP....they were obviously sat on a huge profit and decided that the cost of defending a case against them was worth it. Doesn't make them look a credible investor in the short term, however people have short memories when trying to borrow money...hope that a sensible settlement agreement can be agreed quickly as this is just a distraction to what this morning should have been a good day for PR1

The sell off by Primorous has already been absorbed. Today's SP should now be the bottom. Today's announcement suggests OTC listing partly due to investor pressure. As Primorous are now put the pressure can't be from them. Someone has mopped all these shares up...TR1 must be incoming IMO.

UT masked this morning's rise. This is the time to hold and add IMO...being manipulated to free up shares.

No need to look elsewhere for opportunity. Would be nice to stay focused on this board on PR1. Debt free and solid governance. Going places IMO unlike many others on the AIM
