Companies following QCA code of governance are not regulated by the FCA...breach of AIM rule 7 will be investigated by the LSE with suspension a possibility.

That's my point...the company is not insured against our potential claim....the directors may have some potential protection from PRIM stakeholders

The company directors will have been indemnified against potential claims and may also have professional liability insurance policies paid for the company, if the directors can prove they believe that they were acting legally and in the best interests of the company they will be covered...the company however will have to prove they have no case to answer or have able to reach agreement for them not to be exposed. PRIM will want this cleaning up quickly as the proceeds from the sale will need to be ring fenced and uninvestable until the matter is resolved IMO

PRIM is listed and has to follow basic rules of corporate governance. This breach if proven is a nightmare for them and the directors....

The directors will have indemnified themselves against claims brought against them negligence. The company however will be in the hook for any losses incurred, that's why you could see a string of resignations if the directors are deemed not to have acted in the best interests of the company

Personally I am not interested in PRIMs breach, they will offer a defence to their action as if they don't the BOD will have to resign. PRIM sold in the 8's and I think PR1 will be a well above that before OTC listing...any more good trading updates and I think this will fly IMO

Why would shorts be selling at these levels...they already sold and need to buy back at some point.

All the news we have had so far has been positive and I see more good news to come....SP is temporary the potential however here is massive IMO..

We are talking about two Publicly listed companies...not two sole traders here. BODs of both companies need to be seen to be acting in the best interests of the company. Unfortunately that normally means expensive legals... personally I'd be happy with a settlement and the opening of the flood gates to new investors....this doesn't need a 'squeeze' to move the share price up...PR1 are in the right space at the right time and should be valued substantially higher than today's MCAP IMO

Not sure the BOD have any choice but to conclude their discussions with legals before commenting. Admission they are looking into it and then ultimately failing to take action, would suggest contracts were not water tight which wouldn't look good...I think we'll see a resolution to the PRIM situation as new investors will need clarity either way before writing a cheque

Last night's purchase could be someone closing a short position...bodes well if so

New contracts and increased revenue being reported....BTC strategy. OTC listing and appropriate governance.... slightly different view of the prospects hee :)

Yesterday's large trade at 16.37 at 5.10 is clearly a buy...5.20 on the ask. Somebody building a holding expect same today IMO

PRIM's lack of corporate governance makes this uninvestable IMO....buying back shares with the proceeds of at best a 'dodgy trade' is hardly appropriate.

Issue here for the short term is that the PRIM dump was done at the time there was a spike in SP...looks like they achieved about 8.34 ish a share. These share were absorbed by Pis with many seeing this a short term trade...many now underwater. Until we see new investors this will stagnate IMO... personally I believe that by the time this lists on the OTC, the PRIM debacle will have been sorted and we'll have positive RNS's and that new investment will have been announced GLA

Buying at these levels doesn't look mad to me GL...will be nice to get back to positive contract updates and business growth...all looks ok to me if you're prepared to hold
