PRIM Nomad reports the sale...sale is a sale...they can't lend the shares as they don't own them...I don't think this is being shorted as there is nothing controversial about PR1 for shorters to focus on. You normally need something like an anomaly in the accounts for them and their buddies to fixate on. Look what Winnifrith and the shorts did to Quindell...My view is that PRIM sold into a spike and a lot of short term PIs caught a cold and now need to exit. Those who bought into the last placement, where probably happy to hold but the PRIM affair has spooked them into selling for a smaller profit than ideally they would like...I bought a lot of shares today and I hope my timing is ok...nothing certain on the AIM...but got to be in it to win it...any contract wins for PR1bit (which was launched on the 27th) and this should fly

Seed capital and placing money being churned IMO all related to PRIM debacle...going to sort itself out over the next few sessions....I am sat on a loss but sitting tight until the clouds pass over.

Shorters need to buy to close their positions....they will have sold the shares they borrowed a long time ago, when the price was much higher

Scott...if you steal a gold bar from the treasury you get a fabulous return on investment. The down side is you have to give the gold bar back and you go to jail. Your argument is totally flawed IMO

The BOD here are taking a huge risk if PRIM are buying back shares with the proceeds of a dubious transaction, whilst under investigation. Would have thought the BOD would ring fence the proceeds until litigation is finished....IMO

PRIM have put both companies at risk here...reckless would be an understatement. They have issued a standard response and it will be interesting to see how it plays out....a settlement would seem sensible so we can all move on

Scott...these are two Publicly listed companies, not two sole traders practicing a bit of 'buyer beware' Both BOD's have responsibility to the market and stakeholders to play by the rules, whether they like it or not.
