Looks like PR1s approach is bearing fruit. Crypto assets. AI deck, digital marketing and seamless BTC trading platform compare that to the 'all in debacle' at CLAI....PR1 looks set for a good few weeks ahead GLA

Most Premier league teams are either owned by sovereign states or US funds operating multiple sports franchises...would suggest that the opportunity for PR1 and Halfspace is obvious...today's valuation is tiny. Recent contract wins would suggest that many multiples of the current SP is more than possible

The recent purchase of Halfspace has created much needed revenue and the contract wins have opened doors for the AI products. When PR1 announce a contract win for their AI and crypto platform this will be worth many multiples of today's price and my belief is that that will coincide with US listing which could be only days away...GLA

I expect we'll see more news after placing shares allocated next Tuesday... everything is nicely in place for US listing and new contract wins...multi channel crypto/AI/digital marketing play.....those who joined the IPO will be in profit in August IMO

The last placing for £1m was done in June and it has been churned. There has been no short positions, short squeezes, mm manipulation during the period IMO...PRIM gambled as the SP spiked and it will possibly cost them a few quid in compensation. Despite everything that has been said over the last few weeks the company has continued to report positively and is making progress. Today's raise at 4p is confirmation that this is moving in the right direction. I agree that the potential is massive and we may look undervalued. Personally I think a rerate is ion its way, probably after next Tuesday when placing shares are admitted and definitely on confirmation of US listing and possible contract wins. I am fully loaded here but would bee adding on today's news if I could.

JT the AIM will not take action...PRIM is a total irrelevance here and even it was relevant the only outcome likely is a settlement between both parties...the settlement is likely to benefit PR1 but the idea of them forced into a buy back or something punitive has always been a pipe dream IMO....best to move on from the subject.

Nice try African...another subtle deramp...all companies at this point of development need to raise funds and this placing at a 7% discount is as good as it gets....loads of news incoming and funds available to take advantage of new contract wins....GLA genuine holders

Today's announcement is a green light for those sat on the fence waiting to invest here...bottom in at 4p with plenty of headroom... expecting big trades throughout today... exciting times IMO

News can drop at anytime here....this is going to get interesting as we move towards US listing...the IPO price is looking cheap and we're down here...can only go one way IMO... expecting some big days ahead
