However, i am inclined to agree that the lack of comms from the BOD is somewhat dis-concerting.

We are arguably the most important stakeholder and should be constantly informed of events.

Agree that we need some comms from the BOD. Shareholders are arguably the most important stakeholder (with employees) but to allow the sp to drip downwards day after day after day is unnecessary.
