I get the impression that each day someone is trying to deliberately manipulate the stock price because its so tightly held.

It works for them IF you end up selling. And only IF. Volumes of stock are then attempted to be bought back later at a lower price.

Fridays RNS should be a clear sign to hold or buy more and hold if you can.

To be fair to Applegarth, I think he has a much much much longer view than other holders on here. Which is the basis for his SP predictions.

Do you really think warrants would have been bought if all wasnt to be cleared? PH havent been dealing with some amateur PI here...

33 mil sell compounded by the others this morning was holding it back - onwards and upwards now hopefully.

Smart money has been loading up for nearly the last two months here whilst others sold it down and some rushed to cash in their open offers.

Hmmm Unusual rns... I suspect there will be something a little more comprehensive than that in due course... Adrian - on the other subject - fridays rns should be taken as the clear indication as to what now goes on...

People forgetting Fridays rns already? Some very good posts over the weekend. What more of a signal do people want? We've already seen the tactics people try and employ to lower the price - you should believe in this story more now from Friday. Listen to your research. No someone elses opinion on what "might" happen.

Nom - aim rules and regs are a joke. Slowlyslowly highlighted a point that appears on fridays rns. if you read into that it may hint to you as it does me that the intention is to be away from the aim circus. But because we are still in aim and things have to go between brokers and nomad a realistic timescale for an rto here will still be a further month to two months.

Plus all the extra traffic it will bring!

Obviously not the deal that was being suggested by posters here or elsewhere with rumours but as I read it I thought is it either better this way or to have a huge placing? I have a friend still in here and whilst the deal is lacking info, that risk at present isnt yet sat on shareholders hands. There's technically a "floor" on the SP (although such floors dont always work - look at WDC), you will have to watch for equity dumps as a sign that things arent working like they'd hope. My view here is that this co needs fresh blood and the suggested deals hinted by posters wont be coming if theres CLN's in play. Hopefully the wells are sustainable and capable of producing for all in here. This looks like the last chance saloon before this co goes down the shell route.

A lack of news did cause a lot of degeneration here yesterday (along with the price) but what didnt help was the threats of action and then what appeared to be by numerous posters was to rubbish the share price here (I hope no one here went to CLP to do the same). Whilst I expect that people post as individuals (despite likely also working together) I'd expect better and believe that what was in my mind and the mind of others, posters have truly discredited themselves. With regards to the results - are both shares not in the same situation except one doesnt have a whole host of things unresolved. Posters have contacted PH, no need to contact Syms as the rest of the bod basically are PH. And they've told us they see no reason why there wouldnt be a publication. In the same way, I'm sure the warrants wouldnt have been purchased had there not been confidence that there would be no further obstacles.

Energy will always be in demand too as will metals as we move from fossil to electricity... Either is good by me but still think Coeur is more likely. I think it was Applegarth as well that suggested could one RTO and then the other into this same entity at a later date? Start of a publicly traded empire... Who knows...?

Not one to ramp but I dont see why not - I assume with him also buying those warrants that anything to do with what could have been an issue insofar as approving this as a related party transaction goes is over clear too. I may go for PSL financials for 2018 coming out first though - not that they matter much. That then just provides the basis for a clean slate.

Worse I think they wanted people to sell here to buy CLP so that others can be left holding that like they are... Then desperation came about...

Post RTO jarv I cant imagine he'd buy those (possibly with something none BOU related as well on the otherside) without knowing all regulatory hurdles can be overcome. PH still have a smaller holding here too its worth noting.

Maybe they didnt get a "heads up" this time around A_Milli... Their deal is off but THE deal here isnt.
