I suspect there are a few shells that may be appealing should there be a need to do more RTO's but all depends on current activity (if any) and if any major holders or even the current board itself will present a problem.

From reading their RNSs, I doubt that at present. One RTO at a time... all focus and energy is in here right now...

If he's not voted in though and the others have signed (one already being a non-exec and qualified company law man) then he'd become irrelevant anyway I'd imagine. Besides that the role of a non-exec should be policy making, planning and acting in the interest of shareholders/stakeholders....

How much you topping up? Could be waiting for the sells to complete yours? MM's usually don't take sells unless there's buys... or if they do, they drop the price a lot. As the price hasn't dropped I'm inclined to think no stock to fill your order... I'm aware of roughly half the company holdings and all are holding tight or topping up as and when they see fit.

I don't think there's an order being filled. It's just that with little news it's off radar. News is what will come and will get people interested.

Hoping for multiple pieces of news...

Hopefully an order being filled or MM's holding tight just like us as they know what's coming? MM's never lose... They've tried to dip it to take stock, didnt work. They tried to rise it a bit to tempt sellers. Didnt work...

You're not wrong and suspect many will be in the same boat. AGM will be here before we know it but what's be better is if news dropped and that meeting was knocked back (if needed for votes).

Spot on slowly and it's important to remember that a RTO is far more complicated than an IPO.

Think of how long it just took to dispose of PSL from when it was approved. I'd expect news though before/by the AGM as I'm sure work has been progressing for some time now.

With this shell being aim listed, think too of all the extra bodies that paperwork has to pass through all because it is over regulated.

Finn - a longer term view may show applegarths thinking as he's put 18-24 months I can't disagree.

There will be ups and downs in between but it may eventually get to an mcap in the hundreds of millions.

Following on from the 21 June update those actions. I believe PSL is now irrelevant to us. Still though, the actions with the warrants from the same update is key to us here.

It's going to be a high growth market area. Hopefully not something that becomes saturated though but early movers would get a good share of the prize. I think Syms would have a few contacts penciled in too if we go down that route and I'm sure Antos would have a few names as well.

Just my thoughts here but if there was to be one, a Friday afternoon close of business would be perfect. It'd allow for discussion, sharing of information and give the market the opportunity to react seriously to it on the following Monday morning. Prevents any panic or wild assumptions...
