Whether he'd be happy or not he perhaps doesn't on his own have the capability to unseat someone by himself.

My view here is that this person may be trading here and not sharing a longer term positive view...

The safe option isn't always the best. The safe option would have been to place on the open market as the subscription for the open offer might not have been taken up. The safe option might be to have gone for an IPO rather than a RTO. The safe option might be to put your money in a sensible 6 percent a year dividend stock rather than here but it is here we are...

RKB's comments are in the past and we know what went on there so won't comment any further.

So what would the consequences be if ML (not MH) was to be re-elected is the question we may need to ask. Will he pop up with some surprises, will he be on board and be on the side of you the shareholder? Will the placing be squandered immediately? The shareholders will decide the RTO as would a fresh member of the bod should he go afterall, it is not Martin physically bringing the RTO but instead the RTO came to him.

I think all that ammunition has been used up. If PH had a future here I think they'd still have the warrants.

We want to move forward with positivity and attract fresh investors. We can do that with fresh meat on the board and possibly with a new broker too.

To add to that, if this was to be lifted off aim as hinted at in an RNS this will also help as many see any part of aim as being untouchable.

New futures require new beginnings. No point in having a clean shell if you are going to keep its dirty past.

Why would you then (I believe) buy the ability to buy warrants if they could not be exercised? He hasn't yet bought the warrants remember. He has to pay again but has bought only the ability so far.

What we don't know and perhaps those inside might is what was on the other side of that deal that was unrelated to BOU/PSL that didn't need to be disclosed.

I'm happy with where it is. AGM is right around the corner as I suspect is news as to what we will become soon enough... Keep the patience, keep the faith and if you still have some sun, get out and enjoy your weekend!

I think buying the warrants and effectively paying off PH for services (and having to pay to buy warrants again) should have done that for many anyhow.

Tra1 - it's looking well. Upside is good and limited downside at present. All depends on movements either way.

Lincsman - daft thing to say. LSE logs your IP address which if court ordered a network provider can be forced to provide details about you and your location. You could be found far easier than you think. It's simply not worth it. Whether you get told something that is in an NDA or in good faith or otherwise, the right thing to do always is not to repeat it or "spill" as you put it.

If there is you'll probably have to sign a NDA and agree to not trade based off information you receive.

If they've been truthful about what they hold then yes. I suspect I'm not exclusive in that aspect and holders highly likely will also speak to other holders privately. Can only assume I have been asked because of how long I have been posting here.

As always I say it's up to them to determine based on their own reasonings but they highlight similar past issues like you have.

I'd expect given this is almost a certainty that many will vote against and he won't be re-appointed I'm surprised he hasn't just walked. I know the appointments have a face value but I'd rather just walk rather than wait for an inevitability.
