Rmr1969 - everything on the Agm passed. Almost everything highly for if you compare for/against. The only one that had a little more votes against was for Lampshire but it made no difference. It was still comfortably in favour.

Compulsory almost always means no one filed. If there's nothing in the tank you don't waste time trying. Good holding!

Neil - why would you be at this stage? Sometimes it can be an advantage not to be but cannot rule it out in the future.

Its important to note too that dissolutions and strike off notices are of little importance in other entities. Hundreds of these used to pass through one of my old teams under a former employer every month. Sometimes if a company has no future this is simply just the end course of it's lifespan and a way of closing it. I haven't dug too deeply on those but we're they closed in a compulsory wind up or for any negative reason?

My thoughts exactly JBmcr with the lack of leaks - it re-affirms that everything is being done right and it's not to be something that'll be a tin pot lifestyle AIM co where too many seem to know in advance.

Im of the opinion that what may come might not be connected to Antos (yet) and that it'll still be very much worth the wait. For now I'm thinking of Antos as being a consultant/driving force behind the brokering of a deal. A deal that he is a significant shareholder of.

From what I know about Green Lithium it looks promising. Their pit2plant model looks to be unique and they look to be in talks to develop sites in the UK and create a European lithium hub by being in talks with EU battery suppliers amongst other things. A dormant companies house status doesn't paint a fair picture of them.

Hold it and see it through for value creation. Trying to play in and out you'll only come to realise the house will always win in that game.

The price is solid. MM's may have positions too which will bode well for how I and others are hoping the mechanics will assist in moving this upwards when what we hope will happen happens.

I was thinking something similar Chris - I wonder why it was only 25 percent authority? Maybe someone's way of keeping a significant stake and control of what comes in? I'd expect an announcement to incorporate this as the deal and maybe even put it to shareholders?

Finn - RTO announcement will come before anything else. EGM will detail all as and when it happens. It'll probably be sudden and catch many off guard. Consolidation may come some time after but at this stage it certainly isn't likely.

Those that bought in recently hoping for something to trade? It was an AGM... something expected with pre-disposed motions. Those that can't wait for 10 mins will be shocked when something just happens here.

All went well in my opinion. No NDA's so what was discussed was casual and at the end of the meeting. I'm personally happy from having had a chat with Syms, the chap from CFO and Dominic (company lawyer) that all is progressing well. Whilst nothing was given away that shouldn't have been, the body language was more than positive. Great meeting those that attended too. Hopefully more of the same with the next meeting if I can get to it.

I think Halifax and a few others might have missed cut offs too CC.
