It is an interesting one but realistically no longer relevant here. PSL wound down so as the IP was sold off for a quid they have no charge on a company that has had a material change of business.

Just that it can no longer be used/called upon against the company.

So in this instance it looks like ABN AMRO had a hold over some PSL IP. Now if they had decided to use that particular charge they could have applied it to possibly place the co in administration. Now they can't.

Im hoping TLA is "beer money" compared to what comes here...

For those that don't know too JBmcr pointed out last night (elsewhere) that an old debenture has been satisfied in full too. Perhaps this is the last of the legacy?

Jpp - I think that's the idea. Get all the legwork done then put out the proposal. No leaks. If there was it'd have to be shut down. Having met the company lawyer I'm quite happy here. The company is doing everything by the book.

Interesting question - all depends on what we are to RTO into and where the business/operation/customer bases may be...

JPP - I think you are right with the paperwork. Think of all the people that'll have an input into it and it has to be right.

SP is rightly under control. We'll get there, eventually. I trust the bod here and hopefully the wait won't take us too much further. My own expectation would be early Sept.

There are several things if you piece together some past clues off the rns. They could be a move off aim, with that move may come fresh appointments. There's the authority to allot so could this be part of a RTO deal or will it be used much later on with a significantly higher mcap? All could come in any order... for me the RTO may be the last of these...

More than that one person that lives in Glasgow Siborg... Although there is a large number of people from Glasgow invested here...
