De-listing occurs after 12 months. 6 months trading + 6 months suspension.

Cheers slowly - I think the confusion is between delisting and suspension. That clears it. So on any suspension it comes back fine.

Different brokers might treat it differently... I've asked mine what their view is on it. I don't see why they'd be dropped out when they are part of your subscription.

Panic. As people get closer to suspension they are selling. Not understanding the terms of the warrants... understand that and you shouldn't sell...

It's not 6 months then suspend and you must become an investing co. It simply gives the option at anytime you are a rule 15 shell.

6 million is ONLY if the co is to be listed as an investment co like kDNC or RBD.

The information you want also depends on what you actually want. If you focus purely on one company then odds are it won't be. But if you open up to the mindset of a growing company already revenue making then you may find yourself in a much better position.

People do have short memories but it's not short memory traders we want to pile in. I think a chew over the weekend so those that quietly build on stocks that'll return value are the ones we want...
