Well the other side was PSL. That was obviously bought for a reason. But someone who effectively brokers for a living won't leave their hand in here and then put their arm in along with it without knowing the likelihood of a deal being present. I'm sure he's not remaining here and taking warrants to take home a bag. Likely won't be interested in 10 bags either.

The way I look at it is that I don't think Coeur is coming. We all drooled over that so now maybe it's something bigger, more significant? With that it'll go from aim as it'll likely have a good corporate structure in place already (no need to have nomad etc and excessive red tape) and then progress can really begin.

So maybe not a happy ending but instead a bright and happy beginning.

To mute the tax claim argument you wouldnt put the effort in buying in the open market and in the OO along with subscribing for more and then negotiating the warrants out of the hands with PH. You'd just stay outside and keep on buying on the open market and then let it run.

It is that slowly which I'm sure we are expecting.

At that moment I'd expect the price to literally fire upwards to what the deal is expected to put us at.

A lot are looking at the price. It's hard not to.

Ignore it. If you are here for the RTO it is completely IRRELEVANT.

Focus on the RTO as when that comes we'll be sat with a new company and a new mcap along with a new direction.
