I've no idea where or even if Coeur will use a vehicle to RTO. They could just IPO instead. It depends on the members and the private equity of that entity making a decision themselves. They've published they want a listing but who knows on what exchange and via what means.

But really I don't think other vehicles or a company not yet on the market should be speculated over on this BB when it is healthcare we should really be looking into unless a RNS lands saying otherwise. I believe that's why PH brought Syms in due to his background and due to the target being known so early on.

Chris - I've nothing that I can divulge here RE my own background as it isn't connected to BOU.

I don't think it is another business interest of Antos's coming in. I think that's why the RNS hint at healthcare and Syms was appointed. I'd look in that direction.

I think it is a straight 6 months. An example to work off if it comes to it though would be over at ABAL. See what exactly happens there so we can apply the same logic here - but as you say we are all hoping it doesn't come to that.

Ok so still no contact with Allan. We could do with some driving force here as we have zero momentum it would seem and shareholders are starved of info. I look at ABAL and see no progress or constructive chatter there and don't want the same here.

I would suspect that allenby would only say what we know from past RNSs. Peterhouse will stick to something similar too.

I'd like to know what's gone on over the last 6 months and how much it's cost. And as said, if there's a problem even put my hand up to help where necessary given my own background.

Ukheaven - I agree. Too much distraction going on and little focus.

We should be focusing on the time. Nothing else at present.

I understand speculation but I do believe we should be asking questions if we haven't done so already.

I think the "honourable" thing would be to update shareholders. The comms havent been great.

I suspect the target was known back in June. All should have been boxed off since then so what's the delay.

Some of us have corporate backgrounds and would happily step IN and assist if asked... time is ticking and it's not just me with 15k here and others 30 and 50 that I know of and more but there's one chap with 400k in that we all know of. Surely he must be aware of the deadline too...

It's also worth noting that if this does de-list, that's us losing these from our ISAs for those that have funds in there!

Assuming we are coming back to aim I reckon the restrictions/regulations are tighter than they used to be. So they've probably asked a lot of us. Think of how many scam lifestyle companies have come to aim, they must be aware of that and must want to put that right. Given how long it's been it must be close...

They are anyone's guess. Whether bull or bear or a simple realist. We all just have to wait and see.

It's what comes with the shell that may be of more interest... Assets come in many forms...

Its that person who you say he spoke to. Is it someone here or on Twitter that can be contacted? I just cant see ML saying that to anyone. Several have had contact with ML and he has said nothing along those lines.

I believe the set backs are as we've seen the actions taken on companies house. It wouldn't make sense now to rush out news in December and certainly come back to market. The sensible thing now would be early Jan.

I don't buy the "it was too expensive" as it was heard "on the grapevine" ... no offence intended to the poster of this message but it lacked substance as did the reply when I challenged for more info.

I'd keep away from boards for now and encourage everyone to enjoy the Christmas period and come back in the New Year. Hope everybody can keep patient that little while longer.

Not just the lies Apple, it was the consistent telling that unless you agreed with them you was ignorant, thick, racist or some kind of other derogatory meat insult that I'm not going to say because IMO it should be considered racism in itself. The backlash was sensibly at the ballot. Which is more than can be said for the morons protesting against democracy last night.

Curious as to if you have any other details such as who the target was and how many shares were to be issued for RTO/IPO to take place? And via what broker etc...

i know of a lot of holders here patiently waiting... when I did a check on their holdings before 8th August it was over 50 percent of the total share capital issued at that time.
