Haha it is in terms of an aim stock. Those of us in I hope will pat ourselves on on our backs! We've held for a year, some more rather than the standard 12 minutes and 42 seconds like the rest of aim!

People are forgetting theres still 25% extra authority to issue shares on top of the number of shares in issue. That could raise funds and be part of the transaction.

The update as Neilin looks to be pointing at too gives you an idea of why they didn't apply for the extension. Think someone else pointed out recently too non application was perhaps deliberate.

Whilst it's been a very long time coming, people should see the good in that update even though it's not yet the RTO. How much longer it will be I don't know but suspect we'd want covid out of the way and normality back on the cards (and a bull market) before we come back in.

He may have cleverly asked investigative questions as per his background and experience that has lead him down a path of thought... But don't think he knows more but more so figured things out that aren't perhaps out in the public yet...

Personally i believe our ned's days are numbered. I bet no one has spoken to him in regards to BOU for a very long time. Hence PR team up and running and fielding relations. Just my observation- will have to see what comes of it.

He might be on the other firm to make up the numbers, not much more. PH are brokers there too so it makes sense for them.

Depending on what we RTO into and depending on its size it could also be the case we change brokers - PH seem to be for small firms. So if we turn into something with a larger mcap maybe it needs a fresh broker along with its client base.

The value of the BOU stock has dropped off the brokers... just noticed now. So it shows the holding in the ISA but value N/A

If you are with HL, they will give two options. 1) move to fund and share account or 2) withdraw and be issued certificates. There's an option 3 but it depends on what's happening inside BOU and how long it takes for us to come back... Option 3 is to ignore them and do nothing, the stock stays in your isa for a given time period before dropping out. It's a straw clutch but all depends on what's going or gone on behind the scenes.

Tough question - I wonder if anyone on abal has the answer there? They might have done some planning and got the answer on this one in advance or simply from experience given its now re-listed.

In fairness to Neil I don't think he could make such a comment - it wouldn't be fair to Tim I don't think to write anything on it just yet or perhaps not ever, whether it be innocently on a forum or blogged on any other site online.

If people want to go ramp the POS that is debt ridden and likely to go into admin this year they should do it on that board rather than talking nonsense on here.

Take over a company with an enormous amount of debt, far too many trucks and obligations on their leases. If anyone with that firm is to take over it, it would be the company that just regained a 51 percent stake.
