You've been persistently negative and not understood the process behind the scenes.
The complexity of it. It's easy to say because we've heard nothing that there has been progress but if there has and it's not our bod that's the issue and our actions force them to throw in the towel, then it won't be the bod running with the money, it would be us left with a pittance after bills being settled and pushing the company to an MVL if we are lucky enough to afford it. Then we get kack all back.
And that seems to be what some are pushing for here... I can't fathom why unless you've lost out somewhere along the line...
My advice to Neil (sure he doesn't need it) would be to pick up the phone to Tim and see if he can get a very brief 1-2-1 chat with Allan. Then just put it to bed.
Imagine the company acting in the interests of others decides to employ lawyers of its own, ultimately at our expense. The incoming co gets wind, brokers get wind and everyone walks from the deal.
