Not exercised warrants. We know that as there was no rns. I assume they expired. The wording of when they was to be exercised was peculiar. So might have missed the window.

I'm hoping with pressure on the gov that someone waves this company and its solution under their nose.

As it stands, what we have should take mere months if time is dedicated to getting the job done.

What Dawn needs to realise is the longer it takes, the lower her work is worth as she risks being diluted out of her own product. I'd be really cracking that whip if I was her.

Not only that, if they drag this out now that it's publicly listed, they will dilute themselves. They'll end up with nothing from their own product. I can't see someone wanting to do that when all they have now is a smallish percentage.

Whilst you have residual holdings from the previous co I would suggest you register and then determine if you see a future in the medical diagnostics realm from this company.

I've outlined my belief below.

Rmr - I agree but we need to be sure that in order to meet this, there are no further delays.

At this point it's harder to **** things up than it is to get it right but we also want to be sure we aren't being slowed down.

My thoughts are this whole process shouldn't take longer than a few months.

The last 13 years or so is where the effort has been.

My preference would be that we are swallowed whole by a much larger entity with the cashflow and inventory to add this to.

Ten times the list price though as once the product is proven there's virtually no risk. We know it works, just needs a stamp.

The grant can be used to pursue the tests CE/FDA marking and associated costs if they decide to apply.

The process is simple. Literally test against those already diagnosed (or not to control if needs be).

Remember, there's no time and cost expensive phase trials here.

Marketing is development. You can't make a product without telling people its out there...

Shear - it means costs and overheads are low and most of the raise goes on development.
