Surely the commercial platform won't take as long as the research phase. A detailed RNS would have been great on that but it seemed to be washed over.

I'd like to have seen what the research phase delivered in terms of accurate detection Vs POC. Then see what the commercial phase had Vs the two of the other.

Crude calcs:

If you had 10k at 10p, you'd have 100,000 shares. An 80% down position.

If you had 2k now at 2p you'd have 100,000 shares.

So you'd need 12k to break even with 200,000 shares.

That's 6p per share.

If you want an exit. That's it. Obviously the more you buy lower down the lower the exit price is.

I think that's sound. My ISA is maxed out so I'm not adding. I hold a few million.

If I had space in the ISA, I would be swallowing up what I can down here.

The issue at this end of the market it is flooded with traders who take 50 quid profit before fees and then run on to the next trade to lose a few hundred quid. Low mcaps are full of people you'd normally find in a bookmakers.

I believe the company needs it's name out amongst a broader set of investors.

Those of us that have been here for a long time understand the offering. Many might never have heard of us.

Will it continue to be ignored like all the progress so far including the upcoming merger...

I'd say a rollover is far more likely. These supposed sells have had no impact. The rounded numbers in blocks I don't think are.

A couple of k... It's nothing major.

Mcap Vs outcome of what will come commercialised is far greater than worrying about who sells... That's if it is even a seller... Don't forget the shenanigans that we see this end of the market.

I'm mixing up my interpretation of it with something else after doing a fair chunk of reading just now...

Effectively there is a guarantee on selling X number of shares at Y price.

For us no matter the direction as $10 is not what we paid for them. We sold rights ultimately.

If we paid $10 for them and had this option, it would be inverse for us. So thankfully that isn't the case.

Instead it's also a gain for whoever the buyer would be at current prices.

So if the buyer wants this gain on market prices, they'd be inclined to pressure us to sell. There'd be a mutual interest.

The more this goes up the more value to our stake at CIZ. Remember we have 325,000 shares as the option.

Daft if people do. It's practically in the bag either way. 6 day difference is all.

To echo bears and bulls too both totally separate companies with different prospects.

The last stockbox interview was pretty good. I think that said a lot more than the last RNS.
