Think you both raise pertinent points and whilst most are concentrating on Covidity progressing into trials I would add that that platform and Modi 1 into the clinic have imo more justification for being a bit slower as they really are at cutting edge and dealing with “ unknowns” about the science as well as some commercial considerations.
I have less sympathy with their plight of progressing the SCIB 1/Combo trial with FPI where despite the obvious effects of Covid much of the general pharma trial progress is going ahead with backlogs of potential patients.
Plus it seems very quiet on the Avidmab and mAB side of things with no updates for a long while.
Yes we may well have the proverbial London buses but no point in having multiple penalties if the pitch is very muddy lol

SR Fair enough if they clearly missed crucial details after vetting the actual agreement and if that is the basis on which you won your argument with them then I have no issue with that.
As I said when I mentioned the FRR letter as evidence that SH were being kept in the dark it was obvious that FRR were keeping material info to themselves and that is my point about the Nomad yes you can decide that the Company you are advising is not keeping you fully informed and ultimately that imo is why they resigned or you can try and caveat an ongoing relationship in the hope it will improve.
Although SN may be genuine I think we have all detected a feeling of running a feifdom and being dismissive of need to keep anyone informed/ onside except where it suited them to raise money.
The Caymans Registration and lack of governance of a US Company listed on AIM has helped provide that secrecy and unwillingness to communicate wider.
Since it has gone private we have heard nothing official for over 2 years although some unofficial channels via Looed/ super sleuths are providing a degree of information about what is happening but the most important bits seem to come out in court documents which have had to be dragged into the public gaze by legal threats.

I am with Mole here in terms of the responsibility and accountability resides within FRR and particularly where you have what appears to be sheer duplicity and criminality by at least one of the main protagonists.
As for the Nomad well they are essentially advisory and yes have a professional duty to highlight and report on any irregularity but they are largely at the behest of info given to them by FRR so if that info is not forthcoming or deliberately with held then I consider any redress from them extremely unlikely.
I spoke to Jo T a few times prior to delisting to try and highlight some of the “ discrepancies” like the FRR letter to the GG in 2018 and even discussed the issue if whether the likes of ZM or SN were the consistent seller.FRR did not tell Cairns about the letter.
The response was FRR had always been a difficult Company to elicit info/ clarification from and Cairns would not normally have dealt with likes of FRR ( smaller than normal account). but most dealings were via Levan who seemed pretty straight and Jo thought would not countenance any BoD selling if they knew.
I think them resigning was simply an ongoing difficult relationship crystallised by some of the info found in the first Cayman Court documents which showed that several important bits were withheld from SH but by then it was too late.

I saw that there were a few posts and was going to view them later but did not get the chance.Think we mostly agree that any “ offensive” post should be taken down ASAP but this board has just been so good lately and such a good atmosphere that I don’t want anything to risk upsetting the balance.
So I can’t tell you who posted what.It is more a plea that unless a post is “ causing undue distress” then please don’t report it to admin simply to try and remove any opposing argument.
Violin dogs post was acknowledged as tapping into the widespread sentiment here amongst many SH and subsequent comments by likes of Bermuda added an extra perspective.
Like many I want to consider differing viewpoints as I like to make decisions based on a considered and balanced process as I rarely see things purely in black and white,right or wrong without full information and of course as the whole thread gets taken out you can even lose excellent posts.

Apart from the w/ end where there was a lot of press coverage which seemed too much to dismiss there has not been any.
It was quite evident the mention of SCLP in the Independent at the w/ end was sloppy journalism and should have made anyone question the credibility of the rest of the article

Cleanerworld thanks for posting link and yes potentially of big relevance to SCLP as a future single shot booster but imo looking at mid/late 20222 at earliest for me for this use.The SCLP Vax is being developed as a prime and boost and until full results are known then this will be any initial protocol.
There are still unknowns about transmissibility and susceptibility to current Vax of the Indian variant so far.
Overall although U.K. infections are at a historic low level the fear is currently the known increased rate of transmission and more importantly the dominant strain in circulation.
This latter point ironically being brought about by effectiveness of current measures
