Like to echo your thoughts Bermuda and wish everyone a very happy festive break.
2022 has been a very tough year for many people in both the U.K. and the wider world especially in Ukraine. I find the individual stories of people suffering from cancer treatment distressing but equally there seems a lot more hope with potential revolutionary treatments like Moditope and others and the stories of people responding to these is truly heartwarming.
A time for reflection and appreciation of others and remembering the true spirit of Xmas

There may well be requests to keep the info “ quiet” in terms of public communication but there will not be any legal restrictions such as confidentiality agreements etc for the very reasons others have suggested as they would simply be ethically unenforceable

Yep did have a spell in hospital earlier on in year and slow recovery but absolutely fine now.Bit like the shares not too good first nine months but last 2 months have been very good.
Fundamentals look really strong here and SCLP has always been understated so AGM confidence reinforces the optimism.
The 2 big catalysts I feel have been the Genmab deal and the initial results of Modify trial both of which have as JVT would say “ hit the back of the net” .
We obviously await the next official news on Modi 1 with huge interest and we just have to stay patient and personally happy to wait for full cohort results rather than drip info on patient 1.

As Crumbs says if it proves successful then the sky is the limit.I would not like to put a specific value on it as it does depend on at what point a deal or deals are done but SCLP have a patent land grab and there will be a tremendous amount of interest.
Would just be confident that the BoD are in the best position and strategy to monetise it at the right level at the right time but we need to stay patient and wait for the appropriate level of data to maximise the Science.
I do hope the replacements for JC and RG add much commercial nous so that the next exciting stage in SCLP development moving forward is more reflective in terms of deal making and monetising the assets.
No doubt put they did a fantastic job with Genmab but added expertise and experience would help facilitate the process even more imo

Am sure you are right and think it is due to having registered for these events in the past and they are” chancing their arm” inviting people without checking if their specialism is relevant or appropriate.
I did contact the organisers of the last Conference I was invited to speak at and told them that it was a mistake but now another organiser has contacted me so will do the same.
That is why I asked Burble for his insight as it seems funny to invite “ observers” to speak without checking out their background imo

I have messed up as I got invited to an all expenses paid immunotherapy event in Germany last year so that is the one I should have blagged lol

Could be Ray lol. He would love the opportunity to speak unlike me.
Burble I don’t think that it is a possibility.I have registered for some of these type of Meetings only as an observer to try and get a better insight into SCLP and they may be tying up with work for pharma involved in these fields but really I work in a different part of business and just wanted your insight.

Hope you are well and can you please answer me a question.
I sometimes get invited to speak at various Conferences etc and the last one is regarding the Immuno U.K. In person Congress in London in March 2023 which amongst other things will cover Cancer Vax clinical data and case studies.
I have absolutely no reason at all why I get invited as I don’t possess any expertise,experience and am sure if they checked me out they would realise their mistake.
As our resident expert in this field is it common practice for you to get invited to speak at these kind of meetings as you would feel they would at least check people out to see if they are qualified to make a contribution.

WTP have mentioned this before but RG always thought that it would be likes of Bion Tech who would likely be much more interested in Moditope platform as a natural fit than traditional big pharma.
So now they have lots of resources and Modi 1 is showing tremendous potential then if the Modi results continue to be as good as LD thinks then game on

Echo other comments Botski and thanks for recording this time and in past years so that we can all make our own minds up as to significance as what is said.
Personally am happy with all feedback from whatever source as can then interpret it in a balanced way as people do see things differently.
Seem to recall every bit of previous feedback was their recollection or comment on how things had gone and information shared and find it hard to believe anyone would try and deliberately mislead info positively or negatively for some nefarious benefit.
However nothing better for those that can’t attend than having a recording so we can make our own minds up.
As I said earlier if any SH had a material interest in what was likely to be gleaned from the event I would expect them to make every effort to attend not just to judge first hand but also to talk to the BoD outside of the official meeting as I have always found them very engaging and this opportunity only happens once a year.
