YET, many overlooked at the fact that we have HUGE tax losses, around 35m!

yes, this tax losses can easily be offset against any asset that we are going to produce /generate income going forward
i suppose, since Circle Oil plans to start producing /pumping oil very soon (within less than 2yrs), hence the reason why Duraven/ORM see huge benefit for ORM to acquire this assets.

no wonder ORM of 5m mcap be able to acquire this asset of 50m worth.

if the placing is not voted through , those forward sold will have to buy back and short squeeze sp will rise rapidly to 7p
if placing voted through, at current share price is bargain as its around placing price and airport will be opening from next year, so over time sp will rise back up.

several years back, Circle Oil was huge, my memory recalled they were around 100m mcap company or even larger mcap.
asset in Tunisia is large and was in the process of farm down. i speculate Tunisian asset alone worth minimum 50m.

so, if ORM able to spend 5m in order to get 50m worth of assets, i will be very very happy indeed !!
