now RBD has massive stake in WN. yes, the CLN is only for standby should RBD needs it. they may not need it. plus, the term is not bad, only at 96% of price. anyway, with news on WN soon, and Humber share is locked, expect sp to rise further.

unfortunately with Premier putting on hold falkland, the earliest drill will be potentially summer next year. will be lucky if earlier.

till then, either sp drift down here unless of course, buyers willing to wait for a year, or placing to be organised as our cash is low

unfortunately, i feel the earliest of any falkland news would only be from next year. PMO already kicking this project down the bottom to preserve cash in current low oil price.

those traders jumping in will only be selling back soon once they noticed dry news season for the rest of the year.

there are many other oil companies with better opportunities

the only reason LC is doing share re-capitalisation(or whatever name for it) is to allow him to issue more shares at even lower price. yes, the next one for directors will be at 0.45, BUT the one after that will most likely be at 0.2p or even lower (and the equivalent share price after restructuring).

i think he already plan for two more placings at least. as he knows we need cash for working capital.

if he just want to do placing for director salary in lieu at 0.45p, he does not need to do share restructing as we did one placing previously at similar price.

sanderson bought more as they can influence the voting and they might be part of the next placing at even lower price/

even at 10,000 bopd is still a big number. its expensive at 20p share price but should be ok for 10p share price.
