yes, the court case is still there, but as before, i speculate the earliest next court hearing will be next year. Tesla will play untill the end of the process as they can and they have money, and they wants to make CPX suffer but incurring huge legal fees beforehand. hence, many traders will be tired waiting for next year and they soon will sell off and sp will drop back down.

we still churning those in placing recently, which i believe we have churned massively today. so, those in placing recently wont have much left. soon next week, we should continue rising as our mcap is very low for excellent gold assets.

agree. the message is clear. Govn want oil and MATD has mssive of it. its just delay but i am sure licence is coming soon especially as we are fully supported by the government as they need us for their vision.
